世界在越變?cè)叫?生活在不同文化當(dāng)中的人們也離得越來越近,翻譯也就成了跨文化交際活動(dòng)的重要橋梁。通過翻譯,我們能夠了解其他國家及其文化,也能讓其他國家了解我們的文化。 語言和文化之間存在著密不可分的關(guān)系。一種語言對(duì)應(yīng)一種文化,沒有語言,文化就不能起作用,也不能代代相傳。語言也離不開文化,只有在相應(yīng)的文化中語言才有意義。因此,研究文化離不開語言,研究語言也離不開文化。任何跨文化的研究,如翻譯,比較文化,外語教學(xué)等,都應(yīng)兼顧文化差異,而不只是從本國文化的接受心理去考察語言差異。要想準(zhǔn)確有效地把握語言與文化之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,必須從文化差異去研究語言差異。 在20世紀(jì)70年代,隨著翻譯研究的文化轉(zhuǎn)向,翻譯作為跨文化交際行為的性質(zhì)開始引起越來越多翻譯研究者的注意,由此,歸化與異化之爭(zhēng)也開始浮出水面。歸化是指盡量將譯語文化納入譯文讀者的知識(shí)范圍,將作者引向讀者;異化是指在翻譯中保留原文語言文化的特異之處,將讀者引向作者。由于源語文化和譯語文化之間存在著巨大差異,因此譯者在翻譯的過程中勢(shì)必會(huì)面臨兩難選擇,一篇譯作也定會(huì)體現(xiàn)出譯者對(duì)于歸化或異化的傾向�；仡欀形鞣綄W(xué)者在翻譯領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)論述可以發(fā)現(xiàn):選擇歸化還...
