翻譯學(xué)家認(rèn)為翻譯是在不同語(yǔ)言間進(jìn)行的動(dòng)態(tài)交際。翻譯的發(fā)生、發(fā)展是處于一個(gè)“翻譯生態(tài)系統(tǒng)”之中的。翻譯活動(dòng)就是譯者為適應(yīng)翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境不斷選擇的活動(dòng)。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)不同語(yǔ)言間的動(dòng)態(tài)交際,譯者須在正確地理解原文、解讀原文思維模式的基礎(chǔ)上,建構(gòu)符合譯語(yǔ)語(yǔ)篇特征的自然的譯文。 語(yǔ)篇作為交際的基本形式,也是翻譯的基本單位。銜接則是生成語(yǔ)篇的必要條件,是語(yǔ)篇的基礎(chǔ),是使語(yǔ)篇語(yǔ)言簡(jiǎn)練、信息突出、邏輯連貫的重要手段。作為新聞?wù)Z篇次語(yǔ)體的政治新聞?wù)Z篇,因其與公眾的日常生活和利益息息相關(guān)而受到格外的關(guān)注。由于語(yǔ)篇寫作特點(diǎn)的限制,英漢政治新聞?wù)Z篇在銜接手段的運(yùn)用上有著不同于其它類型語(yǔ)篇的特點(diǎn)；同時(shí),英語(yǔ)政治新聞?wù)Z篇與漢語(yǔ)政治新聞?wù)Z篇在不同銜接手段的使用頻率上也存在著差異。因此在英漢翻譯中,譯者常常需要對(duì)原文銜接手段進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換與調(diào)整以符合譯語(yǔ)的特點(diǎn),這也是英漢翻譯過(guò)程中不可避免的一個(gè)難點(diǎn)。 本文以韓禮德提出的銜接機(jī)制理論為基礎(chǔ),利用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法,對(duì)英語(yǔ)政治新聞及其漢語(yǔ)譯本進(jìn)行銜接手段方面的系統(tǒng)剖析；本文中的動(dòng)態(tài)翻譯策略是在奈達(dá)和紐馬克等的翻譯理論基礎(chǔ)上提出的彈性的、合理的語(yǔ)際轉(zhuǎn)換策略。文章旨在明晰英漢政治新聞?wù)Z篇中銜接機(jī)...
