同聲傳譯是在有限的時(shí)間內(nèi)將一種語(yǔ)言轉(zhuǎn)化為另一種語(yǔ)言的活動(dòng)。如筆譯譯員,同傳譯員也經(jīng)常在實(shí)踐中遇到信息冗余造成的困難。在同聲傳譯中,譯員對(duì)冗余信息的處理程度直接關(guān)系到其翻譯的效率和質(zhì)量。因此,有必要對(duì)冗余信息的成因、分類及可能的解決途徑進(jìn)行分析。 本文首先通過(guò)運(yùn)用信息論理論對(duì)同聲傳譯中的冗余信息現(xiàn)象的成因和類型進(jìn)行分析,并針對(duì)同聲傳譯特點(diǎn)嘗試著將同傳中的冗余信息現(xiàn)象按照語(yǔ)言結(jié)構(gòu)、語(yǔ)言轉(zhuǎn)化、跨文化交際、同傳中的時(shí)間因素及文本和聽(tīng)眾類型進(jìn)行分類。針對(duì)這些類型,本文列舉出同聲傳譯中的大量實(shí)例,并根據(jù)功能翻譯中的目的論、文本類型等理論針對(duì)不同類型的信息冗余現(xiàn)象為不同的處理方法尋找充分的理論根據(jù)。通過(guò)實(shí)例分析,本文意在說(shuō)明功能翻譯理論對(duì)同聲傳譯中冗余信息的處理具有指導(dǎo)作用并在一定程度具有啟發(fā)意義。同時(shí),在功能翻譯理論中目的論、忠實(shí)法則及連貫性法則的指導(dǎo)下,本文還嘗試性地探討了同聲傳譯中信息冗余的處理尺度。
