歇后語作為中華文化的重要組成部分,具有很濃厚的中國民族特色,是一種特別幽默的語言,是漢民族根據(jù)自己豐富的生活經(jīng)歷而創(chuàng)造出來的,它是表達漢民族文化特色的一種獨有的形式。漢語歇后語幽默詼諧,有生動的比喻、豐富的聯(lián)想,通常使用明喻、雙關(guān)等修辭手法,以達到增強語言藝術(shù)魅力的效果。它不僅在日常生活中被廣為應(yīng)用,而且也經(jīng)常用于文學(xué)作品中。歇后語是漢語中的無價之寶,它既是漢民族的,也是全世界的。對歇后語的翻譯研究,不僅將有助于理解漢語,理解中國,有效地傳播中國文化,也有利于增進中國與其他國家的文化交流。 本文基于前人研究的基礎(chǔ),擬從目的論出發(fā),對漢語歇后語的翻譯進行分析。作為一種“前瞻式”的翻譯理論,目的論強調(diào)譯文讀者的地位。這些人作為譯文的預(yù)期接受者或者讀者擁有他們各自特定的文化背景,對譯文有不同的要求。因此,對漢語歇后語的翻譯,應(yīng)從語言和文化的角度討論,以消除其中的障礙,達到溝通的目的。目的論認(rèn)為,翻譯是一種有目的的行為,翻譯目的決定翻譯方法。這就是目的論的主要原則之一“目的法則”。同時,翻譯還必須符合“連貫原則”和“忠實原則”,即翻譯過程中必須考慮目的語讀者的理解能力和接受能力,確保譯文...
