　　隨著經(jīng)濟的全球化,時政新詞不斷地涌現(xiàn)。作為中國政治、經(jīng)濟、思想、文化和社會發(fā)展的最新體現(xiàn)的漢語時政新詞要求語言工作者及時提供準確、地道的譯文。這對于促進不同國家的人民之間的交流有著十分重要的意義。如何翻譯漢語政治新詞則成了值得關(guān)注的問題。坦白地說一些學者對時政翻譯已有研究,這對時政翻譯具有指導意義,但不足以規(guī)范時政翻譯,時政翻譯仍然處于無章可循的境況。面對時政新詞翻譯無章可循的情況,本文筆者搜集了許多時政新詞翻譯的相關(guān)資料且查閱了翻譯理論,最終從目的論的視角結(jié)合筆者自身翻譯實踐及時政新詞翻譯實例進行探討和學習。為提高時政新詞翻譯的質(zhì)量,根據(jù)目的論本文提出三條時政翻譯原則,即準確性、簡明性、可讀性。準確性是指正確理解是正確翻譯的基礎(chǔ)。譯者要特別注重對原著的正確理解。根據(jù)目的法則要正確理解原文及發(fā)起人的真實目的和意圖并進行研究和分析。簡明性是指漢語時政新詞具有簡明性的特點,其翻譯也應具有這一特點。與忠實法則一致,即譯文既忠實于內(nèi)容又忠實于形式�？勺x性是指由于時政新詞獨特的特點,時政新詞翻譯不僅要準確反映原文的實質(zhì)內(nèi)容還要易于讀者接受。這是連貫法則的要求。另外,翻譯的實質(zhì)也已經(jīng)決定了譯者的作...
