自從20世紀70年代以來,隱喻研究不僅在語言學(xué)領(lǐng)域,并且在哲學(xué)、心理學(xué)、社會學(xué)等領(lǐng)域引起了人們越來越濃厚的興趣。萊考夫的概念隱喻理論認為隱喻不僅是一個語言現(xiàn)象,而且是一個思維和認知現(xiàn)象。他對隱喻的定義是:隱喻的實質(zhì)就是通過一類事物來理解和經(jīng)歷某一類事物。語言中的隱喻表達是隱喻性思維的表層體現(xiàn)。本文正是在認知語言學(xué)框架內(nèi)應(yīng)用概念隱喻理論考察漢語中水作為源域的概念隱喻,主要旨在回答以下三個問題:（1）漢語中主要有哪些水的概念隱喻?這些隱喻有何特點?（2）漢語中水的概念隱喻背后的體驗和文化動因有哪些?（3）漢語中水的概念隱喻反映出隱喻的哪些認知功能,在中國文化和哲學(xué)思想的形成中扮演著怎樣的角色?本研究的主要語料來源是北京大學(xué)漢語語言學(xué)研究中心的現(xiàn)代漢語語料庫（超過一億詞）,輔以漢語成語字典,漢語詩詞等資料,使收集的語料更完整多樣。通過對大量語料的歸類,分析,鑒別之后,得出以下研究結(jié)果:（1）漢語中主要存在八類水的概念隱喻,即“運動是水”、“時間是水”、“金錢是水”、“情感是水”、“力量是水”、“人是水”、“思想是水”和“品德是水”。這些水的概念隱喻的體驗動因主要來自于身體、環(huán)境、文化這三個途...
