林紓是中國晚清時代最有影響力的翻譯家之一。他是翻譯外國文學(xué)著作的第一人,他的翻譯作品引進(jìn)了西方的新思想、新文學(xué)理念以及新的文學(xué)形式。但是,很多人對他的翻譯進(jìn)行批評,認(rèn)為他的翻譯不忠實于原文。本論文試圖從譯者倫理的角度對林紓的翻譯進(jìn)行重新評價。安德魯·切斯特曼認(rèn)為,譯者在翻譯實踐中,不僅應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循自己的個人倫理,還要遵循職業(yè)倫理。由于譯者具有雙重身份,并且職業(yè)規(guī)范有時可能不太實際,譯者經(jīng)常在翻譯過程中面臨倫理困境,而林紓也不例外。在這篇論文中,作者對林紓的翻譯進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究,并發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)職業(yè)倫理與個人倫理不能相互協(xié)調(diào)時,林紓做出了自己的選擇。本文共分為六章:第一章是引言部分。引言簡述了本文的目的、意義和論文結(jié)構(gòu)。第二章是文獻(xiàn)綜述。文獻(xiàn)綜述分為兩部分:第一部分對林紓翻譯的國內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡述;第二部分簡單介紹了林紓翻譯的國外研究現(xiàn)狀。第三章是理論架構(gòu),主要介紹了翻譯倫理、譯者倫理,以及譯者倫理的兩個方面,即職業(yè)倫理和個人倫理。第四章詳細(xì)研究了林紓翻譯中譯者倫理如何操控翻譯倫理的四種模式,即,再現(xiàn)倫理、服務(wù)倫理、交際倫理和規(guī)范倫理。第五章對分析了面臨倫理困境時林紓的選擇:林紓通過選擇文言文進(jìn)行翻...
