幽默,作為人類社會普遍存在的一種言語現(xiàn)象,在人們生活中尤其是交際方面起著極其重要的作用。它內(nèi)容豐富,形式多樣。關(guān)于幽默的研究最早可追溯至柏拉圖、亞里士多德等著名的哲學(xué)家。迄今為止,學(xué)者們已經(jīng)從哲學(xué)、社會學(xué)、人類學(xué)、語言學(xué)、文學(xué)等多個角度對幽默現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了大量的研究。盡管如此,諸多的研究大多是關(guān)于幽默功能及賞析的研究,至于幽默效應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的深層次原因及機(jī)制問題雖已有不同的解釋模式但沒有一種可以稱之為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。然而,全面研究幽默意義的生成機(jī)制需要很多因素的參與和互動。究竟哪些因素參與其中,語言學(xué)界對此也是眾說紛紜。鑒于所研究篇幅所限同時考慮到幽默類型的繁雜性而且專屬類別幽默的研究并不多見,本文以一種特殊的言語幽默現(xiàn)象---等級幽默即用概念等級產(chǎn)生的貶損幽默為切入點,從認(rèn)知的視角來分析其幽默意義的動態(tài)生成機(jī)制。本文主要借助認(rèn)知語言學(xué)中的乖訛消解、框架轉(zhuǎn)換理論和認(rèn)知識解中的轉(zhuǎn)喻理論來探索等級幽默意義的生成機(jī)制。本文試圖說明:等級幽默是借助概念等級來描述那些具有極高等級程度特征的人或物從而使幽默解讀者產(chǎn)生心理期待,通過“乖訛消解”打破人們此前的心理期待而引發(fā)某種新意象生成幽默意義達(dá)到致笑效果;框架轉(zhuǎn)移是乖...
