隨著全世界的交流活動越來越頻繁,跨文化交際失敗的現(xiàn)象屢屢發(fā)生,這給個人、企業(yè)和國家都帶來了損失。Jenny Thomas把這種跨文化交際失敗的現(xiàn)象歸結(jié)為跨文化語用失誤。全世界的學(xué)者和專家已經(jīng)從跨文化語用失誤的多個角度進(jìn)行了研究,但是至今無人涉及由時間觀念差異引起地跨文化交際失敗的眾多現(xiàn)象。因此,本研究認(rèn)為有必要從這時間角度研究跨文化語用失誤從而幫助人們減少跨文化語用失誤。本研究采用Edward Hall、Florence Kluckhohn和Fred Strodbeck的時間學(xué)理論。從文化的視角,感知時間的方式有三種:文化時間、心理時間以及單向和多向記時時間。通過對比法、案例分析法和圖表法分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)由時間觀念差異引起跨文化語用失誤的深層原因如下:每種文化擁有自己獨特的時間觀念,這種觀念無形中影響著人們的工作和學(xué)習(xí)。而在跨文化交際的過程中,人們會不自覺地套用本文化的時間觀念,一旦交際雙方存在相異的時間觀念時,就容易引發(fā)跨文化語用失誤�；谝陨系姆治�,本研究提出了如何在二語習(xí)得、翻譯和商務(wù)談判過程中減少跨文化語用失誤的建議:（1）了解、尊重交際對方的時間觀念。（2）在二語習(xí)得中加強(qiáng)時間學(xué)方...
