朱生豪與卞之琳《哈姆雷特》中譯本素體詩音樂性之比較研究

  自從1623年第一部《莎士比亞全集》問世以來,他的三十七部戲劇即被譯成多種語言。約一百五十年以前,“莎士比亞”這一名字傳入了中國,他的戲劇也在二十世紀(jì)初葉有了中文譯本。莎劇的特點(diǎn)之一在于大多用素體詩寫就。例如在《哈姆雷特》中,約有60%為素體詩。從這種意義上可以說,如何翻譯素體詩為決定譯本是否成功的關(guān)鍵。選擇《哈姆雷特》作為文本分析的原因在于悲劇在莎劇中最為著名,而《哈姆雷特》作為四大悲劇之一更是被卞之琳稱作“莎士比亞的中心作品,最豐富的作品”。(1989:1)根據(jù)翻譯中文體選擇的不同,我國莎劇翻譯可分為兩個流派,一是以朱生豪為代表的散文體派,一是以卞之琳為代表的詩體派。近八十年來,《哈姆雷特》的各個譯本受到廣泛關(guān)注,但其中素體詩譯文的音樂性較少人問津,而對其進(jìn)行比較研究的更是少之又少;谏鲜鲈,本文通過比較朱生豪、卞之琳的《哈姆雷特》譯本來分析其在素體詩移植中如何實(shí)現(xiàn)譯文的音樂性傳遞,并希望能為莎劇的翻譯和重譯帶來一定啟發(fā)。本文分為五章。第一章簡要介紹了詩歌的音樂性特征,包括節(jié)奏、韻律和修辭,并回顧了素體詩的發(fā)展歷程,對莎翁、《哈姆雷特》及其中文譯本也作了相應(yīng)敘述。第二、三、四章...
