從語(yǔ)義和語(yǔ)用的視角看文學(xué)翻譯的科學(xué)途徑

  自從翻譯理論之初,人們就圍繞著翻譯是科學(xué)的還是藝術(shù)的展開(kāi)了激烈的爭(zhēng)論。這場(chǎng)爭(zhēng)論延續(xù)到了21世紀(jì)的今天仍然沒(méi)有得到圓滿的解決。中國(guó)翻譯理論起源于中國(guó)古典文論和中國(guó)古典美學(xué),而這一淵源對(duì)我國(guó)翻譯理論的形成和發(fā)展都有著深遠(yuǎn)的影響;而西方翻譯理論不僅僅植根于美學(xué),還源于《圣經(jīng)》闡釋學(xué)。兩種翻譯理論截然不同的起源和發(fā)展路線,以及翻譯本身具有的復(fù)雜性都直接導(dǎo)致了這種圍繞翻譯的性質(zhì)長(zhǎng)期爭(zhēng)論不休的局面。關(guān)于文學(xué)翻譯,人們視其為當(dāng)然,不存在異議,但是筆者認(rèn)為,文學(xué)翻譯的研究不能排除科學(xué)性,相對(duì)藝術(shù)性而言,科學(xué)性才是第一位的。任何題材的翻譯,無(wú)論科技文本,還是文學(xué)文本,都應(yīng)該是科學(xué)性和藝術(shù)性的結(jié)合。唯有如此,譯文才能成為上乘之作。因此,本文以語(yǔ)義學(xué)中的“語(yǔ)義三角”理論為理論基礎(chǔ),從語(yǔ)義和語(yǔ)用的角度出發(fā),擬對(duì)文學(xué)翻譯中的科學(xué)途徑進(jìn)行理論探索。基于以上原因,本文以語(yǔ)義學(xué)和語(yǔ)用學(xué)作為根本理論點(diǎn)。作者認(rèn)為,在這兩種理論的結(jié)合下,文學(xué)翻譯領(lǐng)域中將會(huì)開(kāi)辟出新的研究途徑。論文全文共分六大部分,包括緒論和結(jié)語(yǔ):本論文第一章主要闡述本課題選題的依據(jù)以及對(duì)科學(xué)性和藝術(shù)性的概念界定。這部分回顧了中西方的翻譯歷史和翻譯理論,從歷...
