社會(huì)語言學(xué)視角下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)自稱語

【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)在日常交際中扮演越來越重要的角色，網(wǎng)絡(luò)稱謂如x哥, x姐等頻繁出現(xiàn)，并在日常交際中流行起來。這些稱謂語已被用來研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)稱謂語與社會(huì)的關(guān)系。作為最常見的網(wǎng)絡(luò)稱呼語，網(wǎng)名的研究為揭示語言與社會(huì)的關(guān)系提供了新視角。 本文采用定量和定性的方法，從社會(huì)內(nèi)部因素(社會(huì)變量)和外部因素（社會(huì)環(huán)境）分析網(wǎng)名與社會(huì)的關(guān)系。研究者選取了北京，上海，黑龍江，西藏等幾座典型的東西南北城市，用電腦隨意從中抽取400名網(wǎng)民（男女各占一半），以他們的網(wǎng)名和背景資料為研究對(duì)象，概括網(wǎng)絡(luò)自稱的特征，再結(jié)合圖表數(shù)據(jù)分析影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)自稱的社會(huì)變量。同時(shí)，本文結(jié)合了演繹和推斷研究手法確定影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)自稱的社會(huì)變量。首先，研究者假設(shè)社會(huì)語言學(xué)中常見變量年齡，性別，地域和教育背景為網(wǎng)絡(luò)自稱的社會(huì)變量。然后用收集到的數(shù)據(jù)和例子逐個(gè)證明。最后，作者了使用沃夫假設(shè)和楊永林的語境過濾理論解釋網(wǎng)絡(luò)自稱如何在社會(huì)大環(huán)境中被賦予了社會(huì)意義。 通過分析，本文發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)稱謂表面看似具有隨意性和動(dòng)態(tài)性，其中卻有規(guī)律可尋，網(wǎng)名的主要類別有特殊符號(hào)（火星文）、外文符號(hào)、自然事物（植物，天空，白云等）、數(shù)字、情感（家庭和個(gè)人）、生活(工作和愛好)等。 本文還發(fā)現(xiàn)常見的社會(huì)變量性別，年齡，地域,教育背景也影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)自稱。男性的自稱大多或是表達(dá)做事業(yè)的決心，或是為他們的工作打廣告；而女性更喜歡與外貌，家庭，感情相關(guān)的詞語；年齡較小的網(wǎng)民喜歡使用與感情相關(guān)的詞匯，年齡較大的則喜歡與家庭，事業(yè)相關(guān)的詞匯；網(wǎng)民居住的地域環(huán)境，政治因素和經(jīng)濟(jì)條件都能影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)自稱的選擇。北方的網(wǎng)民喜歡使用雪，臘梅等字自稱，而南方的網(wǎng)民則會(huì)使用海，海鷗等，發(fā)達(dá)城市的網(wǎng)民更傾向于用開放性詞匯如火星文，英文等自稱；教育背景也能影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)自稱。研究表明，教育程度不會(huì)決定網(wǎng)名的選擇，但是所修專業(yè)能影響自稱。比如，外語專業(yè)的人會(huì)更多使用英文自稱。 本文的研究還證實(shí)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)自稱與社會(huì)準(zhǔn)則和文化有著密切關(guān)系。性別變量反映社會(huì)準(zhǔn)則，即：中國社會(huì)里，男性約定俗成地需要一份成功的事業(yè)養(yǎng)家糊口。另外，年齡變量分析可發(fā)現(xiàn)儒家文化深深植根于中國，即：二十弱冠、三十而立、四十為惑。五十而知天命,六十花甲。地域因素反應(yīng)社會(huì)制度。發(fā)達(dá)城市由于政策更為開放，經(jīng)濟(jì)更為發(fā)達(dá)，網(wǎng)名的使用也更開放。 通過對(duì)外部因素的分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)自稱與社會(huì)環(huán)境相關(guān)、社會(huì)氛圍、社會(huì)意識(shí)都會(huì)影響網(wǎng)名的選擇，，在選擇網(wǎng)名的同時(shí)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)自稱在社會(huì)環(huán)境中已被賦予了社會(huì)意義，即：年齡較小的網(wǎng)民希望通過使用新鮮詞匯融入網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化。 以上研究發(fā)現(xiàn)揭示了網(wǎng)絡(luò)稱謂與社會(huì)的關(guān)系的相對(duì)性，即：從社會(huì)變量影響網(wǎng)名的語言變量和語言變量反映社會(huì)文化方面，可得出社會(huì)影響語言，語言反應(yīng)社會(huì)。
