東南亞來華留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)研究
[Abstract]:With the advent of the economic era and the increasing prosperity of China, China has become a great country studying abroad. The cross-cultural adaptation of overseas students in China is influenced by many factors such as cultural intelligence, social and cultural adaptation, psychological adaptation and so on. Cultural intelligence is attracting more and more attention in cross-cultural adaptation studies, but few studies are related to cultural integration strategies. Previous studies have explored the impact of different levels of cultural intelligence on cultural fusion strategies. Does this influence also play a role in cross-cultural adaptation? At the same time, the initial formation of cultural intelligence is influenced by national culture and organizational culture. Are there any differences in cultural intelligence among foreign students from different cultural backgrounds? In addition, do they have different adaptations to the new cultural environment? In order to test the above hypotheses, this study analyzes and understands the cross-cultural adaptation of overseas students in China through qualitative interview study. On this basis, it puts forward questions and makes use of questionnaires and secondary follow-up of international students. This paper makes a deep study on the relationship and mechanism among individual cultural intelligence, cultural fusion strategy and cross-cultural adaptation of international students. The thesis mainly includes four main contents: (1) the relationship between individual cultural intelligence and their cross-cultural adaptation, (2) the relationship between cultural intelligence and cultural fusion strategy, and (2) the relationship between cultural intelligence and cultural fusion strategy. (3) Cultural intelligence, cultural integration strategy and cross-cultural adaptation; (4) perceived cultural distance and social relations network to cultural integration strategy, cross-cultural adaptation. It is found that the cultural background of foreign students in China has a significant impact on cultural intelligence, and their individual cultural intelligence is positively correlated with their cross-cultural adaptation, and different levels of cultural intelligence have significant differences in cultural integration strategies. Cultural fusion strategy plays a mediating effect on cultural intelligence and cross-cultural adaptation. Students' perceived cultural distance and social network play an important role in adjusting cultural integration strategy and cross-cultural adaptation.
