【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯報(bào)告,原文選用的是克里斯·赫頓教授所著的《語(yǔ)言,意義與法律》一書(shū)的第三章�！墩Z(yǔ)言,意義與法律》是一本關(guān)于語(yǔ)言意義與法律語(yǔ)言相結(jié)合的作品,從法理學(xué)的角度出發(fā)來(lái)解釋語(yǔ)言,具有很強(qiáng)的學(xué)術(shù)性和指導(dǎo)性。筆者通過(guò)對(duì)這本學(xué)術(shù)著作的翻譯,對(duì)于學(xué)術(shù)翻譯的技巧進(jìn)行一個(gè)分析和探討,并對(duì)此次翻譯實(shí)踐進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié) 本報(bào)告一共分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分是引言,包括本次翻譯活動(dòng)的項(xiàng)目背景,目標(biāo)及意義。第二部分是原文背景介紹,包括對(duì)原文作者和文章內(nèi)容的一些說(shuō)明。第三部分是本文的重點(diǎn),關(guān)于翻譯難點(diǎn)和處理方法,包括我翻譯前的準(zhǔn)備,翻譯中遇到的問(wèn)題,并舉例說(shuō)明了解決問(wèn)題所采用的技巧和方法。第四是總結(jié),概括了筆者在這次翻譯實(shí)踐中所取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation report based on the third chapter of Professor Chris Hutton's book "language, meaning and Law." language, meaning and Law "is a work on the combination of linguistic meaning and legal language. It is academic and instructive to interpret language from the angle of jurisprudence. Through the translation of this academic work, the author makes an analysis and discussion on the techniques of academic translation, and summarizes the experience of this translation practice. The report is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, including the project background, objectives and significance of the translation activities. The second part is the background of the original text, including some explanations to the author and the content of the article. The third part is the emphases of this paper, including my preparation before translation, the problems encountered in translation, and some examples to illustrate the skills and methods used to solve the problems. The fourth is a summary of the author's experience and lessons in this translation practice.
