在華韓國(guó)留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:自1992年中韓建交以來(lái),來(lái)華學(xué)習(xí)的韓國(guó)留學(xué)生人數(shù)不斷增加。但是來(lái)到中國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)的過(guò)程中他們不僅要學(xué)好漢語(yǔ),而且要經(jīng)歷一個(gè)適應(yīng)中國(guó)的過(guò)程。不過(guò)離開(kāi)家鄉(xiāng),再一次適應(yīng)陌生的環(huán)境是一件很難的事情,有的人在短的時(shí)間內(nèi)就能如魚得水,但是有的人甚至過(guò)了幾年也不能適應(yīng)中國(guó)文化。后者的情況不僅使學(xué)生在自己的學(xué)習(xí)、情感、生活上產(chǎn)生很多問(wèn)題,而且還會(huì)對(duì)中國(guó)文化產(chǎn)生逆反心理。這在一定的程度上影響了中國(guó)在國(guó)際上的形象。為了避免留學(xué)生遇到這樣的情況,為了吸引更多的留學(xué)生,更為了讓中國(guó)在國(guó)際上樹(shù)立應(yīng)有的良好形象。目前,中國(guó)需要豐富在華留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)的研究資料。但是已有的研究大多數(shù)都是以西方國(guó)家為主。由于中國(guó)文化與西方各個(gè)國(guó)家的情況不同,西方國(guó)家的研究成果不適用于在華留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)問(wèn)題的研究。而且在中國(guó)已有的研究也是大部分以在國(guó)外的中國(guó)留學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,因此,韓國(guó)留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)問(wèn)題是一個(gè)需要研究的部分。 為了研究來(lái)華韓國(guó)留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng),本文采用調(diào)查研究、文獻(xiàn)檢索、歸納總結(jié)等方法,并借鑒國(guó)外和國(guó)內(nèi)的研究成果。針對(duì)韓國(guó)留學(xué)生的日常生活、學(xué)業(yè)適應(yīng)的實(shí)際情況設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,并通過(guò)SPSS軟件的分析,找出社會(huì)支持與跨文化適應(yīng)的相關(guān)性,從中得出社會(huì)支持是影響來(lái)華韓國(guó)留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)的一個(gè)重要因素并且也是中國(guó)政府需要改進(jìn)的問(wèn)題。 根據(jù)韓國(guó)留學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)適應(yīng)調(diào)查系統(tǒng)分析的數(shù)據(jù),可以得出一個(gè)結(jié)論,那就是大部分韓國(guó)學(xué)生有比較明確的目標(biāo)來(lái)到中國(guó),他們對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的滿意度也良好,這說(shuō)明“學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)態(tài)度”、“對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的滿意度”沒(méi)有影響他們的學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)。但是韓國(guó)學(xué)生的專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的認(rèn)真度和學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力的效度比較低,在進(jìn)行調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)了兩個(gè)問(wèn)題;第一、不少的韓國(guó)留學(xué)生遇到學(xué)習(xí)的難關(guān),第二、一半韓國(guó)留學(xué)生對(duì)專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)持有消極的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度。針對(duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題,.本文將通過(guò)整合跨文化溝通心理學(xué)、跨文化交際學(xué)等理論對(duì)留學(xué)生的跨文化不適應(yīng)問(wèn)題提出政策性建議,試圖從各個(gè)角度研究留學(xué)生的跨文化訓(xùn)練方式?偠灾n國(guó)留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng),,不僅需要改善對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)中的態(tài)度、方法等方面、還需要增強(qiáng)政府的社會(huì)支持以及留學(xué)生自身的努力。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea in 1992, the number of South Korean students studying in China has been increasing. But when they come to China to learn Chinese, they not only have to learn Chinese well, but also have to go through a process of adapting to China. However, it is very difficult to leave home and adapt to strange environment again. Some people can get water in a short period of time, but some people can't adapt to Chinese culture even after a few years. The latter not only makes students have many problems in their own study, emotion and life, but also turns against Chinese culture. To some extent, this affects China's international image. In order to avoid such a situation, to attract more students, but also to make China in the international community should be a good image. At present, China needs to enrich the cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in China. But most of the research that has been done is dominated by Western countries. Because the situation of Chinese culture is different from that of western countries, the research results of western countries are not suitable for the study of cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in China. Moreover, most of the existing studies in China take Chinese students abroad as the object of study. Therefore, the cross-cultural adaptation of Korean students is a part that needs to be studied. In order to study the cross-cultural adaptation of Korean students in China, this paper adopts the methods of investigation, literature retrieval, induction and summary, and draws lessons from foreign and domestic research results. According to the daily life of Korean students and the actual situation of academic adaptation, a questionnaire survey is designed, and the correlation between social support and cross-cultural adaptation is found through the analysis of SPSS software. It is concluded that social support is an important factor affecting the cross-cultural adaptation of Korean students in China and is also a problem for the Chinese government to improve. According to the data from the systematic analysis of the academic adaptation Survey of Korean students, we can draw a conclusion that most Korean students have a relatively clear goal to come to China, and their satisfaction with the learning environment is also good. This shows that "learning goal attitude" and "satisfaction with the learning environment" do not affect their learning adaptation. However, the Korean students' seriousness of professional study and the validity of learning motivation are relatively low, and two problems have been found in the investigation. First, many Korean students encounter difficulties in learning. Second, half of Korean students have a negative attitude towards professional learning. In view of this problem, By integrating the theories of cross-cultural communication psychology and cross-cultural communication, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the cross-cultural inadaptability of foreign students, and tries to study the cross-cultural training methods of foreign students from various angles. In a word, the cross-cultural adaptation of Korean students not only needs to improve the attitude and methods of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, but also needs to strengthen the social support of the government and the efforts of the students themselves.
