【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯項目報告，原文是哈佛大學著名的心理學講師塔爾博士的積極心理學公開課上的第一堂課。本報告分為三個部分，第一，發(fā)言人極其作品介紹，闡述了塔爾博士的心理學理論以及他對本門課程的要求，他認為幸福感是衡量人生的唯一標準，是所有目標的最終目標；提倡一種更為輕松靈活的課堂教學方式。第二，翻譯理論及方法，本報告從不同的層面對塔爾博士的這堂課進行剖析，從詞語，句子，段落以及全文的語言表達習慣對譯文進行分析。以尤金·A·奈達的功能對等為理論支撐，運用不同的翻譯方法，，如增譯，減譯和編譯等方法，解決實際翻譯過程中遇到的難點。第三，總結(jié)在翻譯過程中所得到的啟發(fā)、教訓和仍待解決的問題。
[Abstract]:This is a translation project report, originally the first lecture in the Open course on positive Psychology by Dr. Tal, a renowned lecturer in psychology at Harvard University. The report is divided into three parts. First, the speaker and his works introduce Dr. Tal's theory of psychology and his requirements for this course. He believes that happiness is the only measure of life and the ultimate goal of all goals; Promote a more relaxed and flexible classroom teaching method. Second, the translation theory and method, this report analyzes Dr. Tal's class from different aspects, and analyzes the translation from words, sentences, paragraphs and the language expression habits of the full text. Based on Eugene A. Nida's functional equivalence, different translation methods, such as incremental translation, subtraction and translation, are used to solve the difficulties encountered in the process of translation. Thirdly, it summarizes the enlightenment, lessons and problems that remain to be solved in the process of translation.
