【摘要】：語(yǔ)言就像一面靈敏快捷地反映社會(huì)生活發(fā)展的鏡子。社會(huì)在不斷地變化，反映在語(yǔ)言上就是新詞語(yǔ)的不斷涌入和舊詞語(yǔ)的不斷消亡。改革開(kāi)放以后，我國(guó)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會(huì)的各個(gè)方面都發(fā)生了巨大的變化，隨著各個(gè)領(lǐng)域新事物、新情況的大量涌現(xiàn)，新詞語(yǔ)也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，從內(nèi)容上看，這些新產(chǎn)生的詞語(yǔ)幾乎涵蓋了社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)方面。社會(huì)語(yǔ)言學(xué)家陳原先生說(shuō)過(guò)凡是社會(huì)出現(xiàn)了新東西，不論是新制度、新體制、新措施、新思潮、新物質(zhì)、新概念、新工具、新動(dòng)作，總之，這新的東西千方百計(jì)要在語(yǔ)言中表現(xiàn)出來(lái)。公文作為為人民服務(wù)的工具，要想清楚地反應(yīng)情況和闡述問(wèn)題，，不可避免地要用到新詞語(yǔ)。改革開(kāi)放至今，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨共召開(kāi)了七次全國(guó)代表大會(huì)，黨代會(huì)的政治報(bào)告是作為國(guó)家最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在其每五年召開(kāi)一次的全國(guó)代表大會(huì)上所作的總結(jié)過(guò)去五年工作，反映當(dāng)前社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀，引導(dǎo)未來(lái)發(fā)展方向的權(quán)威報(bào)告，是屬于黨委機(jī)關(guān)的公文。其行文之規(guī)范，用語(yǔ)之準(zhǔn)確，措辭之嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)是一般公文所無(wú)法比擬的。本文試圖通過(guò)對(duì)黨代會(huì)政治報(bào)告中新詞語(yǔ)的研究，找出在公文中使用新詞語(yǔ)的一些普遍性原則，作為在公文中使用新詞語(yǔ)的一個(gè)參考。
[Abstract]:Language is like a mirror that reflects the development of social life quickly and sensibly. Society is constantly changing, reflected in the language is the constant influx of new words and old words continue to die. After the reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in all aspects of our country's politics, economy, culture and society. With the emergence of new things and new situations in various fields, new words have also emerged, from the content point of view, These new words cover almost every aspect of social life. Mr. Chen Yuan, a sociolinguist, has said that there are new things in society, whether they are new systems, new measures, new trends of thought, new materials, new concepts, new tools, new actions, in short, The new thing tried every possible way to show it in the language. As a tool for serving the people, documents inevitably use new words in order to clearly reflect the situation and explain the problems. Since the reform and opening up, the Communist Party of China has held seven national congresses. The political report of the party Congress is a summary of the work made by the Communist Party of China in the past five years at its national Congress, which is held every five years. The authoritative report reflecting the current social situation and guiding the direction of future development is an official document of the Party committee organ. The standard of its wording, the accuracy of the language, the precise wording is unparalleled by the general document. This paper attempts to find out some general principles for the use of new words in official documents through the study of new words in political reports of the Party Congress as a reference for the use of new words in official documents.
