【摘要】：外事口譯是口譯的一種，它的特殊性及其特點要求外事譯員需具備的不僅是過硬的專業(yè)知識及基本功，還要具備外事工作者的基本素質，例如，出眾的記憶力、廣博的知識面、極強的協(xié)調溝通能力和良好的心理素質等等。在翻譯過程中，譯員并不僅僅只是一個“傳話筒”，作為談話雙方的唯一“橋梁”，譯員的溝通能力有時決定了翻譯工作的成功與否。本文所研究的核心就是譯員溝通能力在外事工作中的重要作用，兩個主要研究問題為：1、譯員溝通能力由哪些因素構成?2、怎樣提高譯員的溝通能力?本文通過前人對溝通能力的研究及筆者實習期間的親身經歷，經研究調查，發(fā)現(xiàn)譯員的溝通能力在翻譯過程中主要由三個因素構成，即譯員在翻譯過程中的理解能力、預測能力和選擇能力。譯員的溝通能力也可通過提升兩點能力來提高：一是提高理解別人的能力;二是增加別人理解自己的可能性。對譯員來說提高理解別人的能力，首先要具備扎實的雙語能力，其次還要充分做好譯前的溝通準備工作；二是增強別人理解自己的可能性，，譯員要在溝通方式上進行選擇，根據(jù)具體的情況和語境選擇最為恰當?shù)姆g方式進行目標語輸出，并在選擇時預測對方的反應及接受程度。如果譯員做到了這些要點，那么溝通就是有效的，翻譯工作就是圓滿的。限于研究時間和有限的材料及案例，本文只對外事口譯工作中譯員溝通能力進行了粗淺的研究，對該課題的進一步研究還有很大的提升空間。
[Abstract]:Foreign affairs interpretation is a kind of interpretation. Its particularity and characteristics require foreign interpreters not only to possess excellent professional knowledge and basic skills, but also to possess the basic qualities of foreign affairs workers, such as outstanding memory and extensive knowledge. Strong coordination and communication skills and good psychological quality and so on. In the process of translation, the interpreter is not only a "microphone", but also the only "bridge" between the two sides of the conversation. The interpreter's communication ability sometimes determines the success of the translation work. The core of this paper is the important role of interpreter's communication ability in foreign affairs work. The two main research questions are: 1, what are the factors of interpreter's communication ability? 2. How to improve the interpreter's communication ability? Based on the previous research on communication ability and the personal experience of the author during his internship, the author finds that the interpreter's communication ability is mainly composed of three factors in the process of translation, that is, the interpreter's comprehension ability in the process of translation. Ability to predict and choose. The communication ability of interpreters can also be improved by improving their ability to understand others and the possibility of others to understand themselves. For the interpreter to improve the ability to understand others, first of all, must have a solid bilingual skills, second, but also to do a good job of pre-translation communication preparation; The second is to enhance the possibility of other people to understand themselves. The interpreter should choose the way of communication, choose the most appropriate translation method according to the specific situation and context, and predict the reaction and acceptance of the target language. If the interpreter does these points, then the communication is effective, the translation work is satisfactory. Limited to the research time and limited materials and cases, this paper only makes a brief study on the interpreter's communication ability in foreign affairs interpretation, and there is much room for further research on this topic.
