鐵路客運(yùn)服務(wù)專業(yè)口語(yǔ)交際教學(xué)研究
[Abstract]:With the development of society, competition in various fields is becoming more and more fierce. Oral communication ability has become a powerful weapon for people to succeed. At the same time, oral communication ability can directly reflect a person's morality, talent, learning, knowledge, is the most direct and most effective "window" to understand a person. It is urgent to strengthen the oral communication teaching of railway passenger service specialty. In order to meet the needs of the social development of the students majoring in customer service, based on the needs of the professional growth of the customer service personnel, combined with the theory and the author's oral teaching practice, this paper investigates the present situation of the oral teaching of the railway passenger transport service specialty. At the same time, the typical problems in oral teaching are reflected and studied. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of oral teaching in secondary vocational schools, this paper sets up a framework structure from the following three aspects: first, the significance and professional tendency of oral communication teaching in vocational schools; The second is the investigation and analysis of the present situation of oral communication teaching in railway passenger transport service specialty, and the third is the key point of this paper, that is, the strategy of oral communication teaching in railway passenger transport service specialty. The research features of this paper are to highlight the characteristics of passenger service specialty, to combine oral communication teaching with the particularity of the oral expression situation of customer service personnel, and to combine oral classroom teaching with out-of-school practice. It is hoped that this study can to a certain extent explore new ideas and methods of oral teaching for customer service professionals and seek an effective way to cultivate the professional oral communication ability of railway passenger service personnel.
