【摘要】：隨著社會的發(fā)展，各領(lǐng)域的競爭日趨激烈，口語交際能力已成為人們通往成功之路的有力武器。同時口語交際能力可以直接反映出一個人的德、才、學(xué)、識，是了解一個人最直接、最有效的“窗口”。加強(qiáng)鐵路客運(yùn)服務(wù)專業(yè)的口語交際教學(xué)顯得尤為迫切。 本論文從適應(yīng)客服專業(yè)學(xué)生社會發(fā)展的需要出發(fā)，以客服人員專業(yè)化成長的需要為前提，結(jié)合理論和筆者的口語教學(xué)實(shí)踐，對鐵路客運(yùn)服務(wù)專業(yè)的口語教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查，并針對口語教學(xué)中的典型問題進(jìn)行反思、研究。 本文在調(diào)查分析目前中職口語教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，從以下三個方面設(shè)置框架結(jié)構(gòu)：一是中職口語交際教學(xué)的意義及專業(yè)傾向；二是鐵路客運(yùn)服務(wù)專業(yè)口語交際教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查分析；三是本文的重點(diǎn)，即鐵路客運(yùn)服務(wù)專業(yè)口語交際教學(xué)的策略。本文的研究特色在于突出客運(yùn)服務(wù)專業(yè)的特點(diǎn)，將口語交際教學(xué)與客服人員口語表達(dá)情境的特殊性結(jié)合起來，把口語課堂教學(xué)與校外實(shí)踐結(jié)合起來，希望通過此研究能夠在一定程度上探索客服專業(yè)口語教學(xué)的新思路、新方法，，尋求一條培養(yǎng)鐵路客運(yùn)服務(wù)人員職業(yè)口語交際能力的有效道路。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, competition in various fields is becoming more and more fierce. Oral communication ability has become a powerful weapon for people to succeed. At the same time, oral communication ability can directly reflect a person's morality, talent, learning, knowledge, is the most direct and most effective "window" to understand a person. It is urgent to strengthen the oral communication teaching of railway passenger service specialty. In order to meet the needs of the social development of the students majoring in customer service, based on the needs of the professional growth of the customer service personnel, combined with the theory and the author's oral teaching practice, this paper investigates the present situation of the oral teaching of the railway passenger transport service specialty. At the same time, the typical problems in oral teaching are reflected and studied. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of oral teaching in secondary vocational schools, this paper sets up a framework structure from the following three aspects: first, the significance and professional tendency of oral communication teaching in vocational schools; The second is the investigation and analysis of the present situation of oral communication teaching in railway passenger transport service specialty, and the third is the key point of this paper, that is, the strategy of oral communication teaching in railway passenger transport service specialty. The research features of this paper are to highlight the characteristics of passenger service specialty, to combine oral communication teaching with the particularity of the oral expression situation of customer service personnel, and to combine oral classroom teaching with out-of-school practice. It is hoped that this study can to a certain extent explore new ideas and methods of oral teaching for customer service professionals and seek an effective way to cultivate the professional oral communication ability of railway passenger service personnel.
