【摘要】：本文在評述國內外第二語言能力標準的基礎上,提出了制定漢語作為第二語言的能力標準的初步構想。漢語能力標準的制定應遵循科學、全面、實用和兼容的原則,具體落實在量表的性質認定、語言能力結構分析以及與歐洲共同參考框架兼容等問題上。此外,文章還討論了制定能力標準的具體方法與步驟,探討了建立以描述語指標庫為主體,以水平測驗和語法、字詞大綱為輔助工具的漢語能力標準基本框架。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reviewing the standards of second language competence at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a tentative idea of making Chinese as a second language competence standard. The formulation of Chinese proficiency standards should follow the principles of science, comprehensiveness, practicality and compatibility, and be carried out on the basis of the nature of the scale, the analysis of the structure of language competence and compatibility with the European Common reference Framework. In addition, the paper also discusses the specific methods and steps of setting up the competency standard, and discusses the basic framework of the Chinese proficiency standard, which takes the descriptive index bank as the main body, takes the level test and grammar as the auxiliary tool, and the word outline as the auxiliary tool.
