【摘要】：正中國政府與聯(lián)合國教科文組織共同舉辦的世界語言大會(huì)于2014年6月5日至6日在蘇州舉行,教育部部長袁貴仁主持開幕式,國務(wù)院副總理劉延?xùn)|出席開幕式并致辭。聯(lián)合國教科文組織總干事伊琳娜·博科娃等主要官員和多國教育部長出席。來自100多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)的學(xué)者、政府官員和學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)體代表約400人出席了會(huì)議。劉延?xùn)|副總理在致辭中介紹了中國在語言文字工作方面取得的成就,強(qiáng)調(diào)語言在文明傳遞、溝通理解、交流互鑒等方面的作用,并就促進(jìn)語言文字和相關(guān)的教育科研等方面的國際合作提出倡議。世界語言大會(huì)以"語言能力與人類文明和社會(huì)進(jìn)步"為主題,除全體會(huì)議外設(shè)三個(gè)分會(huì)場,主題分別為
[Abstract]:The World Conference on languages, jointly organized by the Chinese Government and UNESCO, was held in Suzhou from June 5 to 6, 2014. Yuan Guiren, Minister of Education, presided over the opening ceremony, and Vice Premier Liu Yandong of the State Council attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. UNESCO Director-General Irina Bokova and other key officials and education ministers from a number of countries attended. About 400 scholars, government officials and academic representatives from more than 100 countries attended the conference. In his speech, Vice Premier Liu Yandong introduced China's achievements in language work, emphasizing the role of language in the transmission of civilization, communication and understanding, exchange and mutual learning, etc. And to promote the language and related education and scientific research and other aspects of international cooperation initiatives. The World Conference on languages, with the theme of "language competence and human civilization and social progress", has three chambers in addition to the plenary. The themes are as follows:
