【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展，房地產(chǎn)業(yè)異軍突起，，各個新樓盤拔地而地，如何為樓盤起一個既好聽好記又有文化品位和內(nèi)涵的名字，從而為開發(fā)商在激烈的競爭中增加砝碼，是商家關(guān)心的問題。樓盤名稱作為房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的載體，越來越受到語言研究者的關(guān)注。南寧作為中國南端的一個城市，毗鄰東南亞國家，地理位置具有特殊性，是“中國綠城”、“中國水城”，歷史文化底蘊深厚，其樓盤名稱必然會顯示出開放、包容、多元的特征。文章通過搜索南寧搜房網(wǎng)、南寧房產(chǎn)網(wǎng)等網(wǎng)站，同時查閱《南寧住朋購友》等雜志，統(tǒng)計出新近的847個樓盤名稱，以此為研究對象，運用統(tǒng)計法、歸納演繹相互印證等方法，從語音、語法結(jié)構(gòu)、語義和文化這幾個角度對其進行全面而深入的分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上對樓盤名稱存在的問題加以探討，提出樓盤命名的建議，希望對南寧樓盤名稱的創(chuàng)造和應(yīng)用作出理論上的貢獻。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the social economy, the real estate industry has suddenly emerged. How to give the real estate a name that is both good to listen to and have cultural taste and connotation, so as to increase the weight for the developers in the fierce competition. Is a business concern. As the carrier of real estate industry, the name of real estate is paid more and more attention by language researchers. As a city in the southern tip of China, Nanning is adjacent to Southeast Asian countries. Its geographical position is unique. It is a "green city of China" and a "water city of China." Nanning has a profound historical and cultural heritage, and the name of its real estate will inevitably show openness and inclusiveness. A pluralistic character. By searching Nanning Soufang Network, Nanning Real Estate Network and other websites, at the same time consulting magazines such as "Nanning, living friends, buying friends," and other magazines, the article counts out the latest 847 real estate names, taking this as the research object, using the statistical method to sum up the methods of deducing mutual confirmation, and so on. From the aspects of pronunciation, grammar, semantics and culture, this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the name of the building, and puts forward some suggestions for naming the building. The author hopes to make a theoretical contribution to the creation and application of Nanning real estate name.
