【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，政府對(duì)于留學(xué)事業(yè)的大力支持，越來越多的非洲留學(xué)生涌入了中國的留學(xué)市場。因而對(duì)于非洲留學(xué)生如何適應(yīng)新的文化，也就我們所謂的跨文化適應(yīng)力調(diào)查也就變的勢在必行了。本文以沈陽航空航天大學(xué)的63名非洲留學(xué)生作為調(diào)查對(duì)象，利用問卷調(diào)查和錄音調(diào)查兩種調(diào)查方法，從文化適應(yīng)情況，心理狀況以及開放性試題三個(gè)部分對(duì)非洲留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)力進(jìn)行考察，并在陳慧（2003）提出的對(duì)跨文化適應(yīng)的分析方法上，對(duì)所得到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分類分析，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn): 1)影響非洲留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)的五大障礙是：漢語學(xué)習(xí)，歧視問題，，法律事務(wù)，行政手續(xù)和飲食問題。 2)社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)的缺失加重了非洲留學(xué)生的適應(yīng)障礙。 3)相較與其他國家的留學(xué)生而言，非洲留學(xué)生對(duì)于歧視問題更加敏感。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the strong support of the government for studying abroad, more and more African students have poured into the market of studying abroad in China. Therefore, it is imperative for African students to adapt to the new culture. In this paper, 63 African students from Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics were selected as the objects of investigation. The psychological condition and the open test are three parts to investigate the cross-cultural adaptability of the African students, and the data obtained are classified and analyzed on the basis of the analysis method of cross-cultural adaptation proposed by Chen Hui (2003). The results show that: 1) the five obstacles to the cross-cultural adaptation of African students are: Chinese learning, discrimination, legal affairs, Administrative procedures and dietary problems. 2) the lack of social support network increases the adaptation barriers for African students. 3) compared with other countries, African students are more sensitive to discrimination.
