【摘要】：我國的普通話推廣工作經(jīng)歷了50多年的歷程。經(jīng)過政府、各級語言機(jī)構(gòu)和群眾的共同努力,我們已經(jīng)看到了推普工作的成績,特別是一些大中型城市,普通話已經(jīng)基本普及。需要指出的是在我國廣大的小型城市和農(nóng)村,普通話依然沒有普及,也就意味著推普工作需要更深入。為了加快中小型城市推普工作的進(jìn)程,本論文把調(diào)查點(diǎn)選在了小型城市——山西省高平市。筆者主要從職業(yè)與推普的角度入手,把調(diào)查對象集中在學(xué)校、黨政機(jī)關(guān)、新聞媒體和公共服務(wù)行業(yè),意在能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)推普工作中出現(xiàn)的問題,并提出一些可行性的意見。 經(jīng)過調(diào)查分析,我們得出結(jié)論：山西省高平市城區(qū),普通話成為了校園用語,但是沒有成為黨政機(jī)關(guān)工作人員的公務(wù)用語；普通話是新聞媒體行業(yè)的宣傳用語,但是新聞媒體的從業(yè)人員自身使用普通話水平一般；在公共服務(wù)行業(yè)中,由于部門的不同,其使用普通話的情況也有所不同,相對情況較為樂觀的是金融通信業(yè)和賓館餐飲業(yè),但是這兩個行業(yè)的普通話水平都不高�？傮w來說,普通話在該市區(qū)并沒有普及,在對使用普通話、對普通話的態(tài)度、普通話的推廣力度等方面還存在問題。本論文就針對以上問題,提出了一些對策。提出這些對策的主要依據(jù)是被調(diào)查人的職業(yè)特點(diǎn)和語言環(huán)境,具有合理性與可行性。
[Abstract]:The popularization of Putonghua in China has gone through the course of more than 50 years. After the joint efforts of the government, the language institutions at all levels and the masses, we have seen the achievements of the popularization of Putonghua. Especially in some large and medium-sized cities, Putonghua has been basically popularized. It is necessary to point out that there is still no common Putonghua in the large and small cities and rural areas in China. In order to speed up the process of promoting the work of the small and medium cities, this paper selects the investigation point in the small city, Gaoping, Shanxi province. The author mainly focuses on the school, the party and government organs, the news media and the public service industry. Found problems in the work of popularizing Putonghua, and put forward some feasible suggestions.
After investigation and analysis, we come to the conclusion that Mandarin is the language of campus in Gaoping city of Shanxi Province, but it has not become the official language of the staff of the party and government organs; Putonghua is the propaganda language of the news media industry, but the employees of the news media use the standard of Putonghua themselves; in the public service industry, they are used in the public service industry. In the different departments, the use of Putonghua is different, the relative optimism is the financial and communication industry and hotel catering industry, but the standard of Putonghua in these two industries is not high. Generally speaking, Putonghua is not popular in the city. In the use of common words, the attitude of Putonghua, the promotion of Putonghua, and so on. In this paper, some countermeasures are put forward in view of the above problems. The main basis for these countermeasures is to be based on the professional characteristics and language environment of the investigated people, and it is reasonable and feasible.
