【摘要】：Lakoff Johnson認(rèn)為隱喻是人類思維、行為、言語的方式;隱喻的實(shí)質(zhì)是通過另一類事物來理解和經(jīng)歷一類事物。本文以概念隱喻理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)從《老友記》和《武林外傳》中收集到的概念隱喻進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究,其目的就是分析中英概念隱喻的始源域,對(duì)比始源域的相似性和差異性,并從文化角度探尋其相似性和差異性的原因。本論文以概念隱喻理論為理論框架,隱喻映射為研究方法從中美最受歡迎的情境喜劇《武林外傳》的前二十集和《老友記》的前三季中共收集到漢語隱喻157條和英語隱喻141條；并按照不同的源域?qū)⑵浞譃槿?其中結(jié)構(gòu)隱喻156條,方位隱喻63條,本體隱喻79條。論文具體分析了中英語言中概念隱喻的源域,比較其差異性和相似性,并從文化角度尋找影響其差異或相似的原因。通過對(duì)比分析,得出以下結(jié)論。第一,驗(yàn)證了漢語的抽象概念也是通過從始源域到目標(biāo)域的隱喻映射建構(gòu)的。第二,證實(shí)了英漢語言中同一概念的隱喻的源域之間存在著相似性和差異性。第三,由于人類所共有的生理基礎(chǔ)和共同的生活經(jīng)驗(yàn),英漢民族對(duì)同一概念有著相似的理解,因而在英漢語言中對(duì)于源域的主要表達(dá)是相似的,但因?yàn)槭懿煌幕Ｊ降挠绊?對(duì)源域的具體描述存在一定的差異。影響其差異性的主要因素有：①宗教和哲學(xué)思想,其中漢文化中的道教和佛教,英文化中的基督教是差異的主要根源②自然環(huán)境③文學(xué)典故和歷史事件④社會(huì)習(xí)俗。
[Abstract]:Lakoff Johnson holds that metaphor is the way of human thinking, behavior and speech, and the essence of metaphor is to understand and experience one kind of thing through another kind of thing. Based on the theory of conceptual metaphor, this paper makes a comparative study of the conceptual metaphors collected from Friends and Swordsman, the purpose of which is to analyze the origin domain of conceptual metaphor in China and England, and to compare the similarity and difference of the original source domain. And from the cultural point of view to explore the similarities and differences of the reasons. Based on the Conceptual metaphor Theory, this thesis uses the metaphorical mapping method to collect 157 Chinese metaphors and 141 English metaphors from the first 20 episodes of the most popular sitcom in China and the United States, the Swordsman and the first three seasons of Friends. There are 156 structural metaphors, 63 orientational metaphors and 79 ontological metaphors. This paper analyzes the source areas of conceptual metaphors in Chinese and English, compares their differences and similarities, and looks for the cultural reasons that influence their differences or similarities. Through comparative analysis, the following conclusions are drawn. First, it verifies that the abstract concept of Chinese is also constructed by metaphorical mapping from the origin domain to the target domain. Secondly, it is proved that there are similarities and differences between the source domains of the same conceptual metaphors in English and Chinese. Third, due to the common physiological basis and common life experience of human beings, the English and Chinese people have similar understanding of the same concept, so the main expressions of the source domain are similar in English and Chinese, but because of the influence of different cultural models, There are some differences in the description of the source domain. The main factors affecting the difference are the religious and philosophical thoughts of 1: 1, in which Taoism and Buddhism in the Han culture and Christianity in the English culture are the main sources of the difference 2 the natural environment 3 literary allusions and historical events 4 social customs.
