【摘要】：拒絕言語行為在人們的日常交流之中顯得非常重要,是因為它不僅在日常交際中頻繁出現(xiàn),而且不恰當(dāng)?shù)木芙^行為會傷害對方的面子。因而能否恰當(dāng)使用拒絕言語行為不僅關(guān)系到交際的成功與否,也關(guān)系到交際雙方的關(guān)系順利與否。本文以言語行為理論為框架,以《紅樓夢》中出現(xiàn)的拒絕言語行為為例,對拒絕言語行為進行了較為詳細的分析。 近年來,隨著語言學(xué)的蓬勃發(fā)展,越來越多的學(xué)者將目光轉(zhuǎn)向了一門交叉學(xué)科：文學(xué)語用學(xué),即借助語用學(xué)理論研究文學(xué)語言,并通過文學(xué)語言深化語用學(xué)研究。本文采用文學(xué)語用學(xué)的研究方法,從言語行為理論視角出發(fā),選取楊憲益及其夫人翻譯的《紅樓夢》文本,對小說中出現(xiàn)的拒絕言語行為進行深入研究。 根據(jù)說話者是否直接通過字面意義來實現(xiàn)交際意圖,拒絕言語行為可分為直接拒絕言語行為和間接拒絕言語行為。本文從直接拒絕言語行為和間接拒絕言語行為兩個方面闡述了《紅樓夢》中拒絕言語行為的使用情況。通過分析《紅樓夢》文本中的拒絕言語行為,作者認為實現(xiàn)拒絕目的的言語行為形式有五種,分別為闡述型,指令型,承諾型,表達型和宣告型；在同一拒絕言語行為中,會出現(xiàn)兩種甚至兩種以上拒絕形式并列的情況。另外,從本研究的小說文本中,作者共總結(jié)出11種拒絕策略,分別為批評、教育、建議、致謝、說明、玩笑、道歉、推遲、回避、借口和商量等。 拒絕言語行為作為交際中的一種重要現(xiàn)象,對其進行系統(tǒng)的研究具有重要的理論和實踐意義。首先,從文學(xué)語用學(xué)領(lǐng)域?qū)ξ膶W(xué)作品進行研究拓寬了語用學(xué)的研究范圍,為今后的相關(guān)研究提供了新的思路。其次,對拒絕言語行為進行深入研究有助于深化人們對拒絕言語行為的了解,掌握恰當(dāng)?shù)木芙^策略,從而順利開展日常交流。
[Abstract]:Refusal speech act is very important in people's daily communication, because it not only occurs frequently in daily communication, but also does harm to the face of the other person. Therefore, the proper use of refusal speech acts is not only related to the success of communication, but also to the smooth relationship between the two parties. Taking the theory of speech act as the frame and taking the refusal speech act in A Dream of Red Mansions as an example, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the refusal speech act. In recent years, with the vigorous development of linguistics, more and more scholars have turned their attention to a cross-discipline: literary pragmatics, that is, studying literary language with the help of pragmatic theory, and deepening the study of pragmatics through literary language. Based on the approach of literary pragmatics and from the perspective of speech act theory, this paper selects Yang Xianyi and his wife's translation of "A Dream of Red Mansions" to make an in-depth study of the refusal speech act in the novel. According to whether the speaker realizes the communicative intention directly through the literal meaning, the refusal speech act can be divided into direct refusal speech act and indirect refusal speech act. This paper expounds the use of refusal speech act in A Dream of Red Mansions from two aspects: direct refusal speech act and indirect refusal speech act. By analyzing the speech acts of refusal in A Dream of Red Mansions, the author holds that there are five types of speech acts to achieve the purpose of refusal, namely, declarative, directive, declarative, and declarative. There will be two or more forms of rejection juxtaposed. In addition, from the novel texts of this study, the author concludes 11 rejection strategies, which are criticism, education, advice, thanks, explanation, joke, apology, postponement, avoidance, excuse and consultation. As an important phenomenon in communication, the systematic study of refusal speech act has important theoretical and practical significance. Firstly, the study of literary works in the field of literary pragmatics broadens the scope of pragmatics and provides a new way of thinking for future research. Secondly, in-depth research on refusal speech act is helpful to deepen people's understanding of refusal speech act, master appropriate refusal strategy, and carry out daily communication smoothly.
