【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展大大提高了人們對(duì)口譯服務(wù)的需求，我國(guó)也相繼推出了一些口譯資格認(rèn)證考試來(lái)考核譯員的從業(yè)資格，規(guī)范口譯市場(chǎng)。但是作者發(fā)現(xiàn)一些翻譯公司和有翻譯需求的企業(yè)在招聘口譯員的時(shí)候，對(duì)于應(yīng)聘者是否持有相關(guān)資格證書都不太看重，很多口譯從業(yè)人員并沒(méi)有這些證書。這違背了口譯資格考試開設(shè)的初衷，資格證也無(wú)法成為職場(chǎng)的的通行證。作者認(rèn)為，造成這種現(xiàn)象的原因之一是，目前的口譯資格考試內(nèi)容太過(guò)寬泛，缺乏針對(duì)性，沒(méi)有專業(yè)方向。這勢(shì)必影響越來(lái)越細(xì)化的口譯服務(wù)市場(chǎng)和社會(huì)對(duì)口譯資格證的認(rèn)同度。 本文以全國(guó)翻譯資格考試（CATTI）為例，試圖對(duì)職業(yè)譯員、翻譯公司和有口譯需求的企業(yè)通過(guò)問(wèn)卷和訪談的方式進(jìn)行調(diào)查，了解他們對(duì)CATTI證書的認(rèn)同度。如果認(rèn)同度低，作者想弄清是否是由于目前的考試過(guò)于籠統(tǒng)，沒(méi)有專業(yè)方向。如果不存在認(rèn)同度低的現(xiàn)象，那么，口譯資格考試的進(jìn)一步細(xì)化（如增設(shè)醫(yī)療口譯資格證考試，法庭口譯資格證考試、金融經(jīng)濟(jì)類口譯資格證考試等），是否有助于提高口譯服務(wù)質(zhì)量，提高證書的認(rèn)同度。最后基于問(wèn)卷調(diào)查以及訪談的結(jié)果，本文會(huì)對(duì)提高資格證書的認(rèn)同度提出建議。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economy and society has greatly increased the demand for interpretation services. China has also introduced a number of interpretation qualification certification examinations to assess the qualifications of interpreters and standardize the interpretation market. However, the author finds that some translation companies and enterprises with translation needs pay little attention to whether candidates hold relevant qualifications when recruiting interpreters, and many interpreters do not have these certificates. This is contrary to the original intention of the interpretation examination, qualification card can not become a pass for the workplace. The author believes that one of the reasons for this phenomenon is that the content of the current interpretation qualification examination is too broad, lack of pertinence and lack of professional direction. This is bound to affect the increasingly refined interpretation service market and social recognition of interpretation qualifications. Taking the National Translation qualification examination (CATTI) as an example, this paper attempts to investigate professional interpreters, translation companies and enterprises with interpretation needs through questionnaires and interviews to find out their recognition of CATTI certificates. If recognition is low, the author wants to know if the current exam is too general and has no professional orientation. If there is no phenomenon of low recognition, then the interpretation qualification examination will be further refined (such as the addition of medical interpretation qualification examination, court interpretation qualification examination, Whether the financial and economic interpretation qualification examination can help improve the quality of interpretation service and the degree of recognition of the certificate. Finally, based on the results of questionnaires and interviews, this paper will give some suggestions on how to improve the recognition of qualification certificate.
