語言培訓對成年受訓者及培訓機構(gòu)的經(jīng)濟價值

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟的迅猛發(fā)展,英語在各種經(jīng)濟活動中扮演著重要的角色。對外語能力的需求進一步促使了語言培訓機構(gòu)的產(chǎn)生。各種培訓機構(gòu)接踵而至使得語言培訓成為全國最主要的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。大量的使用使人們意識到語言帶來的巨大經(jīng)濟利益。但仍然有許多問題阻礙受訓者及培訓機構(gòu)的利益及發(fā)展。更多學者開始用經(jīng)濟學的視角審視分析語言的經(jīng)濟效益。作為近五十年開始迅速發(fā)展的新興交叉學科,語言經(jīng)濟學將經(jīng)濟學中的方法論和工具應(yīng)用到語言的研究當中。國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究主要集中于語言自身的經(jīng)濟價值、語言與經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展、語言政策的研究及規(guī)劃等。 本文是在語言經(jīng)濟學的框架下對語言培訓的一個嘗試性探索,可分為五個部分。第一部分為導言,主在闡述本文的意義及目的。第二部分為文獻綜述,旨在總結(jié)古今中外語言經(jīng)濟學的發(fā)展過程及主要理論。并詳細介紹了與文章相關(guān)的四大理論。第三部分主要探討證明培訓語言對成年受訓有一定經(jīng)濟作用,以及受訓者在語言培訓中的問題阻礙了此經(jīng)濟效益的最大化。第四部分則側(cè)重于培訓語言對語言培訓機構(gòu)的經(jīng)濟作用及培訓機構(gòu)先進的幾大問題阻礙其經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。第五部分即為全文的總結(jié)。通過成本-收益理論及相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的對比分析從受訓者、培訓機構(gòu)及政府三方面探討如今語言培訓產(chǎn)業(yè)中的各種問題。特別是在將語言學習看做一種投資后,作者強調(diào)最優(yōu)投資模型。利用Q值理論找出針對個人的最優(yōu)語言。通過對個案研究總結(jié)培訓產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨的諸多問題。在培訓機構(gòu)的發(fā)展問題上,通過分析外因和內(nèi)因分別提出培訓機構(gòu)優(yōu)化資源、政府給予財政支持的建議,在市場成熟甚至飽和的情況下使語言培訓機構(gòu)找到更寬廣的出路。 本文目標在于證實語言培訓對成年受訓者及培訓機構(gòu)的投資價值。繼而發(fā)現(xiàn)受訓者尤其是工作中的語言學習者在投資過程中遇到的問題并通過語言經(jīng)濟學的理論提出合理的解決辦法及建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy, English plays an important role in various economic activities. The demand for foreign language proficiency has further contributed to the emergence of language training institutions. Language training has become one of the most important industries in China. The great use of language makes people realize the great economic benefits brought by language. However, there are still many problems hindering the interests and development of trainees and training institutions. More scholars began to examine the economic benefits of language from the perspective of economics. As a new interdisciplinary subject which has developed rapidly in the past 50 years, linguistic economics applies the methodology and tools of economics to the study of language. Domestic and foreign researches mainly focus on the economic value of language itself, the development of language and economy, the research and planning of language policy, etc. This paper is a tentative exploration of language training under the framework of linguistic economics, which can be divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly expounds the significance and purpose of this paper. The second part is a literature review to summarize the development process and main theories of language economics at home and abroad. Four theories related to the article are introduced in detail. In the third part, it is discussed that the training language has a certain economic effect on adult training, and the problems of the trainees in language training hinder the maximization of this economic benefit. The fourth part focuses on the economic function of language training institutions and the problems of advanced training institutions hindering their economic development. The fifth part is the summary of the full text. Through the comparative analysis of cost-benefit theory and related data, this paper discusses various problems in the language training industry from three aspects: trainees, training institutions and government. Especially after considering language learning as an investment, the author emphasizes the optimal investment model. Q-value theory is used to find out the optimal language for individuals. Through the case study to sum up the training industry facing many problems. With regard to the development of training institutions, by analyzing the external and internal factors, the author puts forward the suggestions of optimizing the resources of the training institutions and the financial support of the government, so that the language training institutions can find a wider way out when the market is mature or even saturated. The purpose of this paper is to verify the investment value of language training in adult trainees and training institutions. Then the problems encountered by the trainees, especially the language learners at work, in the process of investment are found, and reasonable solutions and suggestions are put forward through the theory of linguistic economics.
