【摘要】：web2.0的問世使中國進入大眾麥克風時代,互聯(lián)網已然成為當下各種利益群體表達利益訴求的發(fā)聲平臺,尤其是弱勢群體維護自身合法權益的公共平臺。在中國社會轉型期各種利益群體充斥的大背景下,多方利益主體的話語權爭奪戰(zhàn)早已在互聯(lián)網戰(zhàn)場上打響,并可能隨時火速蔓延至線下。 于是各媒體成為眾多利益相關者爭奪、實現(xiàn)、控制話語權的武器,對新媒體尤其是自媒體的利用更是大勢所趨。對傳媒的控制權意味著對話語權的支配權,以及對這個世界現(xiàn)象、真相的界定權與解釋權,甚至是對他人命運的掌控權。在此,權力分散、流動于各個利益相關者之間并成為他們捕捉的對象,并試圖以權力、話語修辭來生產、建構他們預期的社會“現(xiàn)實”與“真相”。因而,個體的修辭能力、話語建構能力、傳播能力成為說服受眾的有效武器。 基于新媒體時代各利益主體話語權爭奪戰(zhàn)愈演愈烈的社會現(xiàn)實,本文擬對話語利用修辭對現(xiàn)實的建構、話語建構能力對傳播效果的影響、新媒體時代話語權爭奪的主體、特點、影響因素等做系統(tǒng)的分析,在此基礎上試圖為政府在新媒體時代如何贏得話語權以引導輿論、維護社會穩(wěn)定提出具體可行的建議。
[Abstract]:With the advent of web2.0, China has entered the era of mass microphone. The Internet has become the voice platform for various interest groups to express their interests, especially the public platform for the vulnerable groups to protect their legitimate rights and interests. In the background of all kinds of interest groups in the transitional period of Chinese society, the fight for the right to speak of the multi-interest subjects has already begun on the Internet battlefield, and may spread to the line at any time. As a result, the media has become a weapon for many stakeholders to fight for, realize and control the right to speak, and the use of new media, especially self-media, is the trend of the times. The control of the media means the power to control the discourse, the power to define and interpret the truth, and even the right to control the fate of others. Here, power is dispersed, flowing among stakeholders and being the object they capture, and attempts to produce power and discourse rhetoric to construct their expected social "reality" and "truth". Therefore, individual rhetoric ability, discourse construction ability and communication ability become the effective weapon of persuading the audience. Based on the social reality of the scramble for the right to speak of various interest subjects in the new media era, this paper intends to make use of rhetoric to construct the reality, the influence of the ability of discourse construction on the communication effect, and the main body and characteristics of the contention for the right to speak in the new media era. Based on the systematic analysis of the influencing factors, this paper attempts to put forward concrete and feasible suggestions for the government to win the right to speak in the new media era in order to guide public opinion and maintain social stability.
