【摘要】：泰國華僑崇圣大學(下文非標題部分均簡稱為圣大)的漢語教學正經(jīng)歷著飛速的發(fā)展,鑒于圣大在泰國漢語教育界的獨特性、典型性及代表性,本文試圖以其為研究對象,從圣大中國語言文化學院入手,通過文獻資料收集、個別訪談、問卷調查、電子郵件等方式。從“師資隊伍—數(shù)量與結構”、“教材編纂—來源與體系”、“課程設置—變化與調整”、“學習者—動機與動因”四個方面來窺探并有深度地描述其十多年漢語教學的發(fā)展過程,分析其演變原因、預測其發(fā)展趨勢。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：十多年來,圣大的漢語教學情況總體上形勢喜人,但其間所存問題亦有不少,如：本土教師的質與量有待發(fā)展,師資隊伍整體趨向年輕化；缺乏針對性的教材；課程設置有待改善；學習者內部學習動機有待加強等。對此,本文提出了加強本土教師的培養(yǎng)；編寫針對性教材；優(yōu)化課程設置；激發(fā)學習者內部學習動機等對策。 本文希望通過對圣大十多年來漢語教學情況的現(xiàn)實描述與分析,為圣大漢語教學提供有價值的建議,為推動漢語國際教育事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,特別是對泰漢語的發(fā)展,提供一些有益啟示。
[Abstract]:The teaching of Chinese in Chongsheng University of Thailand (hereinafter referred to as Shengda) is undergoing rapid development. In view of the uniqueness, typicality and representativeness of the University in the field of Chinese language education in Thailand, this paper attempts to take it as the object of study. Through literature collection, individual interviews, questionnaires, e-mail, etc. From "Teaching staff-quantity and structure", "textbook compilation-Source and system", "Curriculum setup-change and Adjustment", Learner-motivation and motivation are four aspects to explore and describe in depth the development process of Chinese language teaching for more than ten years, analyze the reasons for its evolution, and predict its development trend. It is found that the situation of Chinese teaching in Shengda has been encouraging for more than a decade, but there are many problems in the process, such as: the quality and quantity of local teachers need to be developed, the teaching staff tends to be younger, and the teaching materials are lacking; The curriculum needs to be improved and learners' internal motivation needs to be strengthened. In view of this, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as strengthening the cultivation of local teachers, compiling targeted teaching materials, optimizing curriculum setting, and motivating learners' internal learning motivation. This paper hopes to provide valuable suggestions for the teaching of Chinese in Shengda through the realistic description and analysis of the situation of Chinese teaching in the past ten years, and to promote the sustainable development of Chinese international education, especially the development of Thai Chinese. To provide some useful enlightenment.
