【摘要】：隨著中共十七大"文化大繁榮"方針的提出,中國與世界各國之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)文化交流更加頻繁,翻譯作為經(jīng)濟(jì)文化交流中必不可少的媒介,起到了更加舉足輕重的作用。但是作為一門行業(yè),國內(nèi)針對翻譯從業(yè)人員的法律法規(guī)還不完善,國內(nèi)翻譯市場還比較混亂,再加上翻譯質(zhì)量控制不規(guī)范,從而造成翻譯行業(yè)的良莠不齊,因此通過立法引入必要的市場準(zhǔn)入機(jī)制,才能有助于提高整個翻譯市場的質(zhì)量和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。文章希望通過介紹德國翻譯行業(yè)為中國翻譯立法提供有效的借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the policy of "Cultural Prosperity" proposed by the 17th CPC National Congress, economic and cultural exchanges between China and the rest of the world become more frequent. Translation, as an indispensable medium in economic and cultural exchanges, has played a more important role. However, as an industry, the domestic laws and regulations for translation practitioners are not perfect, the domestic translation market is still relatively chaotic, and the quality control of translation is not standardized, which results in the mixed effects of the translation industry. Therefore, introducing the necessary market access mechanism through legislation can help to improve the quality and standards of the translation market as a whole. The article hopes to provide effective reference for Chinese translation legislation by introducing German translation industry.
