【摘要】：隨著世界各國之間聯(lián)系的越來越緊密,以及我國在國際交往中的地位越來越高,對外宣傳的需求也不斷加大。如果想加快中國走向世界的步伐,并且逐漸加深世界對中國的了解,外宣翻譯越來越成為一種必要手段。外宣翻譯的目的是讓譯入語讀者能精準(zhǔn)地接收到譯文所傳達(dá)的內(nèi)容。這就要求翻譯工作者通過改寫、增譯、刪減和重寫等多種方法來解決漢英兩種語言在文化和思維等方面存在的差異問題,方便譯入語讀者準(zhǔn)確無誤地獲取信息。想達(dá)到這些目標(biāo)就要求外宣翻譯者不能完全按照原文進(jìn)行直譯,而應(yīng)該充分發(fā)揮譯者的主觀能動性,根據(jù)譯入語讀者的接受能力對外宣資料進(jìn)行多層次的改造,以達(dá)到外宣需要的效果。本文將試以“翻譯目的論”中關(guān)于譯者主體性的相關(guān)理論來探討這個問題。翻譯目的論將翻譯這一活動運(yùn)用譯者的全新視角來重新詮釋。如何運(yùn)用“翻譯目的論”中的觀點(diǎn)來指導(dǎo)我們進(jìn)行外宣翻譯實踐,這一論題有著深刻的討論和實踐價值。
[Abstract]:With the closer and closer contact between countries in the world and the higher status of our country in international communication, the demand for foreign propaganda is also increasing. If we want to accelerate the pace of China to the world, and gradually deepen the world understanding of China, the translation of foreign propaganda has become an increasingly necessary means. The purpose of foreign translation is to enable the target readers to receive exactly what the target text conveys. This requires translators to solve the cultural and mental differences between Chinese and English by rewriting, adding, deleting and rewriting, so as to facilitate the readers to obtain information accurately. In order to achieve these goals, it is necessary for the foreign publicity translator not to carry out literal translation according to the original text, but to give full play to the translator's subjective initiative and to transform the foreign propaganda materials according to the receptivity of the target readers. To achieve the desired external publicity effect. This paper attempts to explore this issue with the relevant theories of translator subjectivity in Skopos Theory of Translation. Skopos theory reinterprets this activity from the perspective of the translator. How to use the viewpoint of Skopos in translation to guide us in the practice of foreign publicity translation has profound discussion and practical value.
