【摘要】： “博客”,即網(wǎng)絡(luò)日志,是近年來(lái)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上出現(xiàn)的一種新興應(yīng)用方式。其誕生地雖然在美國(guó),但是經(jīng)過(guò)我國(guó)IT界的精英們的引進(jìn)和推廣,加之互聯(lián)網(wǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)商受利益的驅(qū)動(dòng)而推波助瀾,如今已在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)轟轟烈烈地掀起了一場(chǎng)“博客運(yùn)動(dòng)”,眾多網(wǎng)民加入到博客寫作中來(lái),使博客成為生產(chǎn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)內(nèi)容的重要途徑之一。盡管博客的發(fā)展時(shí)間不長(zhǎng),博客現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)話題在傳播、教育、法律等學(xué)科研究中成為關(guān)注的對(duì)象。作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)寫作方式的一種,博客寫作對(duì)傳統(tǒng)寫作也產(chǎn)生著深刻的影響,并為寫作研究提出了新課題。 博客的即時(shí)性、個(gè)性化、平民化、互動(dòng)性和持續(xù)更新的特點(diǎn)區(qū)別于以往的其他網(wǎng)絡(luò)表現(xiàn)形式,受到網(wǎng)民青睞。博客所倡導(dǎo)的自由精神,導(dǎo)致文學(xué)創(chuàng)作中出現(xiàn)一些負(fù)面效果,產(chǎn)生了消極影響,引發(fā)了博客寫作中關(guān)于道德倫理的探討。然而,博客寫作在引發(fā)“全民寫作”中起著巨大的推動(dòng)作用,繼而產(chǎn)生了博客應(yīng)用中的新功能,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)寫作出版、個(gè)人知識(shí)管理、教育領(lǐng)域和公共事務(wù)等方面博客都在發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越大的作用。博客是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)精神的集中體現(xiàn),博客的發(fā)展離不開政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的制約,但同時(shí)也會(huì)對(duì)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化產(chǎn)生反作用。因此,在發(fā)展博客的同時(shí)應(yīng)該對(duì)博客進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)囊龑?dǎo),使其能夠發(fā)揮更大的積極作用。 本文從寫作學(xué)角度對(duì)博客現(xiàn)象和與之相關(guān)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,全文分四個(gè)部分:第一章簡(jiǎn)要介紹了博客發(fā)展的歷史,分析了博客定義的界定,總結(jié)出博客的特點(diǎn)、類型以及博客寫作的精神內(nèi)涵;第二章論述了博客寫作對(duì)傳統(tǒng)寫作的影響;第三章論述了博客寫作中新的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)象;第四章探討了博客寫作中所涉及的倫理和法律規(guī)范問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Blog, or web log, is a new application in the internet in recent years. Although its birthplace is in the United States, it has been introduced and promoted by the IT elite of our country, and Internet operators are driven by interests. Now it has set off a "blog movement" in the whole country. Many netizens join blog writing, which makes blog become one of the important ways to produce internet content. Although blog has not been developed for a long time, blog phenomenon has become a hot topic in the field of communication, education, law and other disciplines. As a network writing method, blog writing has a profound impact on traditional writing, and puts forward a new topic for writing research. The instant, individualized, popularized, interactive and continuous updating features of blog are different from other network forms in the past and are favored by netizens. The spirit of freedom advocated by the blog leads to some negative effects in the literary creation, which leads to the discussion of morality and ethics in the blog writing. However, blog writing plays an important role in triggering "writing for all", which brings about new functions in blog application, such as publishing of traditional writing, personal knowledge management, and so on. Blogs are playing an increasingly important role in the field of education and public affairs. Blog is the embodiment of the spirit of the Internet, the development of blog can not be separated from the political, economic, cultural constraints, but also on the political, economic, cultural reaction. Therefore, the blog should be properly guided while developing the blog so that it can play a more active role. This paper analyzes the phenomenon of blog and its related problems from the perspective of writing. The full text is divided into four parts: the first chapter briefly introduces the history of blog development, analyzes the definition of blog, summarizes the characteristics of blog. The second chapter discusses the influence of blog writing on traditional writing; the third chapter discusses the new application phenomenon in blog writing; the fourth chapter discusses the ethical and legal norms involved in blog writing.
