【摘要】：高職教育職業(yè)化的特殊屬性決定了其教育的核心和重點是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合職業(yè)能力,強(qiáng)調(diào)"能力本位",這與核心理念為注重能力培養(yǎng)的"行動導(dǎo)向"不謀而合。文章探討了要在提高學(xué)生交流溝通能力的高職口才溝通類課程中構(gòu)建行動導(dǎo)向教學(xué)模式,并從重構(gòu)課程體系、培養(yǎng)"雙師"素質(zhì)教師、整合課程內(nèi)容和編寫模塊化教材、改革教學(xué)方式方法、構(gòu)建良好的實訓(xùn)環(huán)境等方面進(jìn)行實踐與運用。
[Abstract]:The special attribute of the professionalization of higher vocational education determines that the core and emphasis of higher vocational education is to cultivate students' comprehensive professional ability, which emphasizes the "ability standard", which coincides with the core idea of "action orientation" which pays attention to the ability cultivation. This paper probes into the construction of action oriented teaching mode in higher vocational communication courses, which is to improve students' communication ability, and reconstructs the curriculum system, trains "double teachers" quality teachers, integrates course contents and compiles modular teaching materials. Reform the teaching methods and build a good training environment to carry out practice and application.
