【摘要】：清末至新中國成立大半個世紀時間里，中國社會經歷了一場轟轟烈烈的漢字改革運動，深刻觸及了語言文字的諸多核心問題，拓展了傳統(tǒng)文字學、音韻學、方言學、語法學的研究領域，促進了近代科學語言學的歷程，具有重大的學術價值與應用價值。對漢字改革史進行深入系統(tǒng)研究，是構建科學漢字史的需要，，同時關系到語言文字政策的制定與實施、語言文字應用與規(guī)范等眾多現實問題；系統(tǒng)梳理既往歷史，發(fā)掘其間經驗教訓，是深化語言文字本體研究的需要，也是當前語文現代化建設的重要基礎。 目前為止，一部全面、客觀的漢字改革史尚處空白，本文擬就此做初步嘗試。借助有關漢字改革的概論性、史料性、專題性論著，參考當時的報紙、期刊、呈帖、會議決議、政府公文、書信札記等零散資料，依據運動的主流形式，分為相關系列專題，運用史論結合法與比較分析法，按照時間順序進行整理與研究，力求寫出一部具有一定史料價值與理論價值的漢字改革史。 文章主要分為五個部分： 一、切音字運動：結合時代背景，系統(tǒng)介紹切音字運動者的各自方案及其在社會推行上所做的種種努力；從民眾心理接受程度、受教對象成分組成、辦學經費來源、學后實際用途、社會朝野態(tài)度等幾個方面辯證考察切音字的傳播實效；深入分析運動中所涉及的漢字的本質與功用、漢字的繁難與優(yōu)劣、國語方言的對立與統(tǒng)一、語言文字的脫節(jié)與一致、切音方案的深入與淺出、傳統(tǒng)文化的繼承與揚棄等一系列理論與實踐問題。 二、注音字母運動：梳理注音字母制定過程中學理論爭的核心矛盾以及操作層面的主要問題；考察注音字母的社會推行情況及其正式公布后自身體系的修訂與完善；分析注音字母得以成功的深層原因與學術啟示。 三、簡體字運動：從理論探討、編制字表、社會推行等角度整理簡體字運動史況；分析簡體字運動的積極意義及其影響深遠的各種遺留問題。 四、國語羅馬字運動：詳細講述國語羅馬字制定過程中長期的理論探討以及各種方案的研制；闡釋國語羅馬字的社會推行概況及其難以推行的社會原因與學理因素；分析國語羅馬字運動的歷史意義與影響。 五、拉丁化新文字運動：梳理拉丁化新文字在國外的研制與施行情況；介紹其引入國內之后的理論宣傳與輿論打造等全面開展情況；詳細考察拉丁化新文字運動的歷史意義與局限。 構建漢字改革史，需要宏觀視野、理性思辨與獨到角度，限于本人的學識與精力，文章存在諸多不足，今后定會不斷做出修正與完善。
[Abstract]:During the last half century from the end of Qing Dynasty to the founding of New China, Chinese society experienced a vigorous Chinese character reform movement, deeply touched on the core problems of language and characters, and expanded traditional philology, phonology, and dialectology. The research field of grammar has promoted the course of modern science linguistics and has great academic value and application value. It is necessary to construct a scientific history of Chinese characters to make a thorough and systematic study of the history of Chinese character reform, which is related to many practical problems, such as the formulation and implementation of the policy of language and character, the application and standardization of language and character, and so on. Exploring the experience and lessons is the need to deepen the study of the ontology of language and characters, and is also the important foundation of the modernization of Chinese at present. So far, a comprehensive and objective history of Chinese character reform is still blank, this paper intends to make a preliminary attempt. With the help of the general, historical and thematic works on the reform of Chinese characters, and referring to the newspapers, periodicals, postings, conference resolutions, government documents, notes of letters and other scattered materials at that time, according to the mainstream form of the movement, they are divided into related series of topics. By using the combination of historical theory and comparative analysis, this paper tries to write out a history of Chinese character reform with certain historical and theoretical value by arranging and studying in order of time order. The article is divided into five parts: First, the character cutting movement: according to the background of the times, it systematically introduces the respective plans of the phonetic movement and their efforts in the social implementation; from the level of the psychological acceptance of the public, the composition of the object of education, the source of funding for the school, The actual use after school, the attitude of the government and the opposition, and so on, dialectically investigate the transmission effect of the Chinese characters, deeply analyze the essence and function of the Chinese characters involved in the movement, the difficulties and advantages of the Chinese characters, the opposites and the unity of the Mandarin dialects. A series of theoretical and practical problems, such as the disconnection and consistency of language and characters, the deepening and exiting of the sound cutting scheme, the inheritance and sublation of traditional culture, etc. Second, phonetic alphabet movement: combing the core contradiction of academic theory and the main problems in operation level in the process of phonetic alphabet formulation, investigating the social implementation of phonetic letter and the revision and perfection of its own system after its official publication; This paper analyzes the deep reasons and academic enlightenment of the success of phonetic letters. Thirdly, the movement of simplified Chinese characters: from the angle of theoretical discussion, compilation of word lists and social implementation, the paper arranges the history of simplified Chinese characters movement, and analyzes the positive significance of the movement of simplified Chinese characters and the various problems left over with far-reaching influence. (4) the movement of Mandarin Roman characters: detailed description of the long-term theoretical discussion and development of various schemes in the process of making Mandarin Roman characters, explaining the general situation of the social implementation of Mandarin Roman characters and the social reasons and theoretical factors which are difficult to implement; This paper analyzes the historical significance and influence of Roman characters movement in Mandarin. Fifth, the new Latin character movement: combing the development and implementation of new Latin characters in foreign countries, introducing its theoretical propaganda and public opinion after its introduction into the country, and so on. The historical significance and limitation of the Latinized New characters Movement are investigated in detail. In order to construct the history of Chinese character reform, we need macroscopic vision, rational thinking and original angle, limited to my knowledge and energy, and the article has many shortcomings, which will be revised and perfected in the future.
