【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展、綜合國(guó)力的日漸增強(qiáng)，漢語(yǔ)在日益頻繁的國(guó)際交往中發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用。世界各國(guó)對(duì)漢語(yǔ)的重視程度越來(lái)越高，，全球漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)者的人數(shù)不斷增多，因此對(duì)漢語(yǔ)教師的需求量也在逐年增加，為彌補(bǔ)漢語(yǔ)教師的缺口，漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。泰國(guó)是漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者項(xiàng)目的最初試點(diǎn)國(guó)之一，歷年來(lái)的赴泰漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者項(xiàng)目都十分成功，赴泰漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者的培訓(xùn)工作也受到了越來(lái)越多的重視，因此筆者基于漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際推廣的新形勢(shì)，有針對(duì)性的對(duì)赴泰漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者的培訓(xùn)工作進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析。筆者首先對(duì)國(guó)家漢辦赴泰漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者培訓(xùn)方案進(jìn)行了仔細(xì)的研究，并通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的形式對(duì)參與過(guò)赴泰漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者項(xiàng)目的志愿者們進(jìn)行了調(diào)查，在分析培訓(xùn)課程的安排及赴任后志愿者們?cè)诮虒W(xué)工作及生活中遇到的困難的基礎(chǔ)上，重點(diǎn)剖析了現(xiàn)行赴泰漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者培訓(xùn)工作依然存在的問(wèn)題，并且針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出了一些相關(guān)的建議和意見(jiàn)。 本文第一部分分析了研究背景,研究范圍及研究意義，第二部分主要闡述了研究方法、研究對(duì)象及研究現(xiàn)狀。主要內(nèi)容集中在第三部分的調(diào)查赴泰漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者培訓(xùn)工作的開(kāi)展和第四部分分析赴泰漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者培訓(xùn)工作存在的問(wèn)題及提出相關(guān)意見(jiàn)。最后一部分是總結(jié)本研究的不足及對(duì)后續(xù)研究工作的建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of China's economy and the increase of comprehensive national strength, the Chinese language plays a more and more important role in the increasingly frequent international exchanges. The number of countries in the world is getting higher and higher, and the number of Chinese learners in the world is increasing, so the demand for Chinese teachers is increasing year by year. In order to make up the gap of Chinese teachers, the Chinese teacher volunteers came into being. Thailand is one of the first pilot countries of the Chinese teacher volunteer project. All the years have been very successful in the volunteer project to Thai Chinese teachers, and the training work of Chinese teachers and volunteers has been paid more and more attention. Therefore, the author is based on the international promotion of Chinese. In the new situation, we have investigated and analyzed the training work of the Chinese teacher volunteers to Thai Chinese. First, the author made a careful study of the training program for the Chinese teachers in Thai and Chinese, and carried out a survey on the volunteers who participated in the Chinese teachers' volunteer project through the form of questionnaire. On the basis of the arrangement of the training courses and the difficulties encountered by the volunteers in their teaching work and life after his appointment, the problems still exist in the present work of the volunteer training for Thai and Chinese teachers, and some relevant suggestions and suggestions are put forward.
The first part of this paper analyzes the research background, the scope and the significance of the research. The second part mainly expounds the research methods, the research object and the research status. The main contents are focused on the development of the third parts of the investigation to the Chinese teachers' volunteer training and the fourth parts of the analysis of the Chinese teachers' volunteer training in Thai and Chinese. The last part is to summarize the deficiencies of this study and suggestions for further research.
