對東北地區(qū)民辦漢語培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與研究

【摘要】:鑒于國內(nèi)民辦漢語培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)剛起步,其對教師和學(xué)生有較大的需求,未來有較大的發(fā)展空間,遂已成為我專業(yè)學(xué)生實習與就業(yè)的首選。同時我們時刻關(guān)注對外漢語教育事業(yè)、漢語培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀、人才需求和其發(fā)展趨勢,因此筆者參加了吉林大學(xué)2013年研究生暑期社會實踐,作為項目負責人開展了“對東北地區(qū)四市十家民辦漢語培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的調(diào)研”,對哈爾濱、長春、沈陽、大連的培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)進行了走訪調(diào)研。 本文以此調(diào)研為研究基礎(chǔ),擴大研究范圍至8個城市的25家培訓(xùn)機構(gòu),通過調(diào)查分析,總結(jié)了理想的東北地區(qū)民辦漢語培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的雛形,它必須適應(yīng)對外漢語發(fā)展需要,同時應(yīng)具備專業(yè)性的對外漢語課程、資深的對外漢語教學(xué)教授、廣泛的教師交流培訓(xùn)平臺、豐富的傳統(tǒng)文化活動、優(yōu)質(zhì)的高校實習基地、長期的企業(yè)合作項目、充足的海外任教機會、規(guī)范的教學(xué)管理模式、舒適的教學(xué)環(huán)境、先進的教學(xué)設(shè)備和積極的宣傳策略。本文以充足的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)填補了該領(lǐng)域的研究空白,以詳實的調(diào)查分析與展望力圖為國內(nèi)對外漢語的推廣盡綿薄之力。 本文共分為五個部分。第一部分為緒論,包括選題緣起、選題意義、文獻綜述、研究對象及研究方法。在研究對象中強調(diào)了本文的研究主體由兩個方面構(gòu)成,一是對外漢語教學(xué),一是對外漢語教師培訓(xùn),此研究主體以東北地區(qū)民辦漢語培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的教學(xué)內(nèi)容為依據(jù)。 第二部分以對外漢語教學(xué)為研究主體,對其教學(xué)對象、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教材、教學(xué)方法等進行了調(diào)查,提煉其問題,分析其制約因素,并提出發(fā)展建議。 第三部分以對外漢語教師培訓(xùn)為研究主體,對其教學(xué)對象、資格考試與教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)實習、海外教學(xué)等進行了調(diào)查與分析,與第二部分的結(jié)構(gòu)基本相同。 在上述調(diào)查分析基礎(chǔ)之上,第四部分闡述了該地區(qū)民辦漢語培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的發(fā)展趨勢,包括對外漢語教學(xué)和對外漢語教師培訓(xùn)的展望,以及對黑龍江、吉林、遼寧地區(qū)的展望。 第五部分為結(jié)語,東北地區(qū)的對外漢語教學(xué)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展緩慢且相對薄弱,暫時無法與對外漢語教師培訓(xùn)領(lǐng)域分庭抗禮,漢語國際教育的學(xué)生短期內(nèi)不適合在該地區(qū)進行對外漢語教師職業(yè)的發(fā)展;對外漢語教師培訓(xùn)領(lǐng)域?qū)l(fā)展成集“培訓(xùn)——考試——選拔——派出”于一身的培育對外漢語教師的搖籃,能夠成為該地區(qū)民辦漢語培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的支柱;黑龍江地區(qū)地域發(fā)展集中,教學(xué)主體發(fā)展平衡;吉林地區(qū)分布廣泛,并隨高校的發(fā)展而同步壯大;遼寧地區(qū)連鎖產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達,,培訓(xùn)品牌主導(dǎo)對外漢語教學(xué)市場。東北地區(qū)民辦漢語培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)整體上呈現(xiàn)出良莠不齊的優(yōu)勢與不足,正處在并將長期處在初級發(fā)展階段,這一朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)將面臨著巨大的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:In view of the domestic private Chinese training institutions have just started, its teachers and students have a greater demand, there is a greater space for development in the future, has become the first choice for my professional students practice and employment. At the same time, we are always concerned about the cause of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the current situation of Chinese language training institutions, the demand for talents and its development trend. Therefore, the author participated in the summer social practice of graduate students of Jilin University in 2013. As the project leader, the author carried out "investigation on Ten Private Chinese training institutions in four cities of Northeast China", and visited the training institutions in Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang and Dalian. Based on the research, this paper expands the scope of the research to 25 training institutions in 8 cities. Through investigation and analysis, it summarizes the embryonic form of the ideal private Chinese training institution in Northeast China, which must meet the needs of the development of Chinese as a foreign language. At the same time, they should have professional Chinese as a foreign language course, senior Chinese language teaching professors, extensive teachers' exchange and training platform, rich traditional cultural activities, high-quality university practice bases, long-term enterprise cooperation projects, Adequate overseas teaching opportunities, standardized teaching management model, comfortable teaching environment, advanced teaching equipment and active propaganda strategy. This paper fills up the research blank with sufficient research data, and tries to contribute to the promotion of Chinese as a foreign language in China with detailed investigation, analysis and prospect. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, including the origin of the topic, the significance of the topic, literature review, research object and research methods. In the research object, it is emphasized that the research subject of this paper is composed of two aspects, one is the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, the other is the training of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language, which is based on the teaching contents of the private Chinese training institutions in Northeast China. The second part takes the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language as the research subject, investigates its teaching object, teaching content, teaching material, teaching method and so on, abstracts its problems, analyzes its restrictive factors, and puts forward some suggestions for its development. The third part takes the training of Chinese as a foreign language teacher as the main body of study, and makes an investigation and analysis of its teaching object, qualification examination and teaching content, teaching practice, overseas teaching and so on, which is basically the same as the structure of the second part. On the basis of the above investigation and analysis, the fourth part expounds the development trend of the private Chinese training institutions in this area, including the prospects of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and the training of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language, as well as the prospects of Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning regions. The fifth part is the conclusion. The development of the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in Northeast China is slow and relatively weak, so it is not able to compete with the field of training Chinese as a foreign language teacher for the time being. The students of Chinese international education are not suitable for the development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in this area in the short term. The field of teacher training for TCFL will develop into a cradle of "training-examination-selection", which can become the mainstay of the private Chinese training institution in this area. Heilongjiang region has concentrated regional development and balanced development of teaching subjects; Jilin region is widely distributed and growing with the development of colleges and universities; Liaoning region has developed chain industry and training brand dominates the teaching market of Chinese as a foreign language. As a whole, the private Chinese training institutions in Northeast China have different advantages and disadvantages. They are in and will be in the primary stage of development for a long time, and this sunrise industry will be faced with great opportunities and challenges.
