【摘要】：作為公共修辭的一種形態(tài),以國家為修辭主體,旨在處理國內(nèi)政務(wù)、塑造國家形象、協(xié)調(diào)國際關(guān)系、解決國際爭端以及具有普遍性的人類事務(wù)。國家修辭學(xué)是公共修辭學(xué)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,是一門旨在研究國家修辭行為和現(xiàn)象、綜括國家修辭手段和策略、揭示國家修辭規(guī)律的新興交叉學(xué)科。文章以新世紀(jì)以來中國在重大國內(nèi)外事務(wù)中的修辭實(shí)踐為基礎(chǔ),提出了國家修辭、國家傳播、國家修辭學(xué)等新范疇,分析了國家修辭的內(nèi)涵、類型及其修辭主體和傳播價(jià)值,闡述了國家修辭學(xué)的內(nèi)涵、研究對象、內(nèi)容、任務(wù)以及研究方法,綜括了國家修辭學(xué)研究的學(xué)術(shù)和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。作者認(rèn)為,從個(gè)體修辭學(xué)走向公共修辭學(xué)、從民眾修辭學(xué)走向國家修辭學(xué)反映了未來修辭學(xué)發(fā)展的方向。
[Abstract]:As a form of public rhetoric, taking the state as the rhetorical subject, the aim is to deal with domestic affairs, shape national image, coordinate international relations, solve international disputes and universal human affairs.National rhetoric is an important part of public rhetoric. It is a new interdisciplinary subject which aims to study national rhetoric behaviors and phenomena, including national rhetoric means and strategies, and reveal the laws of national rhetoric.Based on the rhetorical practice of China in major domestic and foreign affairs since the new century, this paper puts forward new categories of national rhetoric, national communication and national rhetoric, and analyzes the connotation, types, rhetorical subject and communication value of national rhetoric.This paper expounds the connotation, research object, content, task and research method of national rhetoric, and summarizes the academic and practical value of national rhetoric research.The author thinks that from individual rhetoric to public rhetoric, from populace rhetoric to national rhetoric reflects the direction of rhetoric development in the future.
