【摘要】：“CPIK計劃”即“Chinese Program In Korea”（中國志愿者計劃在韓國）,是“國際漢語教師中國志愿者計劃”的一部分。該計劃于2012年具體實施，首批派遣兩百名研究生志愿者赴韓進行漢語教學。筆者作為該批志愿者中的一員，經(jīng)過一年的在韓生活與教學，對“CPIK計劃”有了較為深刻的認識，尤其是“CPIK計劃”實施過程中存在的問題更引起了我的思考。本文通過問卷調(diào)查、訪談和課堂跟蹤等方法，對“CPIK計劃”在韓國的實施情況進行了調(diào)查與研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結(jié)該計劃在實施過程中出現(xiàn)的問題，并結(jié)合韓國教學實際針對這些問題提出解決建議。 全文共分四個部分： 第一部分為引言，，闡述了本課題的研究背景和意義，并對有關(guān)“CPIK計劃”及韓國中小學漢語教學方面的文獻資料進行了梳理。 第二部分是對“CPIK計劃”在韓國實施情況的調(diào)查。說明了本文調(diào)查所采用的方法與具體實施過程，并對調(diào)查的結(jié)果進行了統(tǒng)計。 第三部分是對“CPIK計劃”實施情況的總體評價與問題分析。根據(jù)對調(diào)查結(jié)果的統(tǒng)計，從韓方與志愿者兩個角度對該計劃進行評價；總結(jié)該計劃實施過程中存在的問題，并分析原因。 第四部分是對“CPIK計劃”在韓實施的相關(guān)建議。根據(jù)第三部分的分析與總結(jié)，對中韓雙方相關(guān)管理部門以及志愿者提出建議。 通過對該計劃實施情況的調(diào)查與研究，本文提出對赴韓前培訓和赴韓后管理的建議，以及對赴韓志愿者在教學方面和生活方面的建議。這些建議有利于志愿者赴韓前的準備與赴韓后的教學，也有利于促進韓國漢語教學的發(fā)展，還可以為豐富相關(guān)研究和完善今后的計劃提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:The CPIK program, known as the Chinese Program in Korea, is part of the International Chinese teacher Volunteer Program, which was launched in 2012. The first batch of 200 graduate student volunteers were sent to Korea to teach Chinese. As one of the volunteers, the author, after a year of living and teaching in Korea, had a deeper understanding of the "CPIK Program." In particular, the problems existing in the implementation of the "CPIK Plan" have aroused my thinking. This paper investigates and studies the implementation of the "CPIK Plan" in South Korea by means of questionnaires, interviews and classroom tracking. To find out and summarize the problems in the process of implementation of the plan, and to put forward some suggestions for solving these problems in combination with the teaching practice in Korea. The full text is divided into four parts:. The first part introduces the background and significance of the research, and combs the literature about CPIK program and Chinese teaching in Korean primary and secondary schools. The second part is a survey of the implementation of the CPIK Plan in South Korea, which explains the methods and the specific implementation process of the investigation, and makes statistics on the results of the survey. The third part is the overall evaluation and problem analysis of the implementation of the "CPIK Plan". According to the statistics of the survey results, the paper evaluates the plan from the two angles of Korean and volunteers, and summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of the Plan. And analyze the reasons. The fourth part is the implementation of the "CPIK Plan" in Korea. According to the third part of the analysis and summary of the relevant management departments and volunteers of China and South Korea put forward suggestions. Through the investigation and research on the implementation of the plan, this paper puts forward some suggestions on training and management after going to Korea. As well as suggestions on teaching and living for volunteers in Korea. These suggestions are conducive to the preparation of volunteers before going to Korea and teaching after going to Korea, as well as to promoting the development of Korean Chinese teaching. It can also provide useful reference for enriching relevant research and perfecting future plans.
