【摘要】：臺(tái)灣是最先實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)語(yǔ)普及的地區(qū)。臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)的成功推行為如今兩岸順暢的語(yǔ)言溝通奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),為臺(tái)灣和大陸在經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、商貿(mào)等領(lǐng)域的廣泛合作與發(fā)展提供了便利的交際工具。而隨著兩岸合作交流的日益頻繁和深入,由于長(zhǎng)期隔閡等原因而產(chǎn)生的臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)和大陸普通話之間的差異越來(lái)越凸顯在語(yǔ)音、詞匯和語(yǔ)法等各個(gè)方面。 臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)和大陸普通話之間存在的差異給兩岸語(yǔ)言文化交流帶來(lái)了一定程度上的交際障礙,在各華語(yǔ)區(qū)的語(yǔ)言文化交流以及世界各地的漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)和應(yīng)用中造成了一些困擾。要推動(dòng)漢語(yǔ)走向世界、提升漢語(yǔ)的國(guó)際影響力,就需要各華語(yǔ)地區(qū)尤其是大陸和臺(tái)灣形成較為一致的語(yǔ)言面貌和語(yǔ)言標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為兩岸乃至所有華語(yǔ)區(qū)的順暢溝通提供更為便利的條件。要了解差異,先要了解彼此的語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)狀,臺(tái)灣要了解大陸普通話的現(xiàn)狀,大陸也要熟悉和了解臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)的現(xiàn)狀,兩岸語(yǔ)言學(xué)者都努力在臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)和大陸普通話的比較中找出差異并尋求對(duì)應(yīng)的規(guī)律以建立更為良好的語(yǔ)言交流環(huán)境。 本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究、實(shí)地考察、調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、數(shù)據(jù)分析等方法對(duì)臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)的推行和使用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了勾勒和描述,通過(guò)對(duì)詞典、報(bào)刊資料等語(yǔ)言材料的整理和分析梳理出國(guó)語(yǔ)和普通話在語(yǔ)音、詞匯和語(yǔ)法等方面存在的不同,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)推廣的政策策略進(jìn)行研究分析并對(duì)臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)的未來(lái)發(fā)展提出設(shè)想。 本文共分為四章。第一章緒論,簡(jiǎn)要介紹本文寫作的緣起以及研究目的、意義和論文框架,對(duì)前人的研究成果進(jìn)行綜述。第二章臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)推行和使用現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,從臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)的推行現(xiàn)狀、臺(tái)灣第八次人口普查的國(guó)語(yǔ)使用情況分析、實(shí)地考察、兩岸語(yǔ)音差異和臺(tái)灣報(bào)刊語(yǔ)言使用情況調(diào)查等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述和分析。.第三章臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)推行的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),著重介紹臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)推行過(guò)程中發(fā)布和推廣的國(guó)語(yǔ)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并對(duì)其特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行概括。第四章國(guó)語(yǔ)推廣方略研究,對(duì)臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述,并嘗試運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言規(guī)劃和應(yīng)用語(yǔ)言學(xué)理論分析臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)推廣的政策及策略,對(duì)臺(tái)灣國(guó)語(yǔ)推廣的未來(lái)發(fā)展提出設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:Taiwan was the first region to realize the popularization of Mandarin. The successful implementation of Taiwanese has laid a solid foundation for the smooth language communication between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and for Taiwan and the mainland in their economy and culture. Extensive cooperation and development in such fields as commerce and commerce provide a convenient means of communication. But with the increasing frequency and depth of cross-strait cooperation and exchanges, The differences between Taiwanese Mandarin and mainland Mandarin due to long-term estrangement are becoming more and more obvious in phonological, lexical and grammatical aspects. The differences between Taiwan Mandarin and mainland Putonghua have brought a certain degree of communication barriers to cross-Strait language and cultural exchanges. This has caused some problems in the language and cultural exchanges in various Chinese speaking areas and in the teaching and application of Chinese around the world. It is necessary to promote Chinese to the world and enhance its international influence. It is necessary for all Chinese-speaking areas, especially the mainland and Taiwan, to form more consistent language features and language standards, so as to provide more convenient conditions for smooth communication between the two sides and all Chinese-speaking areas. To understand the differences, we must first understand each other's language situation. Taiwan needs to understand the current situation of Mandarin in the mainland, and the mainland must also be familiar with and understand the current situation of Taiwanese mandarin. Linguists on both sides of the Taiwan Strait try to find out the differences between Taiwan Mandarin and mainland Mandarin and seek corresponding rules to establish a better environment for language exchange. Through literature research, field investigation, questionnaire, data analysis and other methods, this paper outlines and describes the current situation of the implementation and use of Taiwanese Mandarin. The arrangement and analysis of language materials, such as newspaper and newspaper materials, reveals the differences in pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar between Mandarin and Putonghua. On this basis, the policy strategy of Taiwan Mandarin promotion is studied and analyzed, and the future development of Taiwan Mandarin is proposed. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is introduction, which briefly introduces the origin, purpose, significance and framework of this paper, and summarizes the previous research results. From the current situation of the implementation of Taiwanese Mandarin, the analysis of the use of Mandarin in Taiwan's 8th population Census, and field visits, The phonetic differences between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and the survey on the use of the language of Taiwan's newspapers and periodicals are described and analyzed in several aspects. This paper mainly introduces the national language standards published and popularized in the course of the implementation of Taiwanese Mandarin, and generalizes its characteristics. Chapter 4th on the general strategy of Mandarin promotion, summarizes the current situation of Taiwanese Mandarin. It also tries to analyze the policies and strategies of Taiwan Mandarin promotion by using language planning and applied linguistics theory, and puts forward some ideas for the future development of Taiwan Mandarin promotion.
