科學(xué)隱喻的認(rèn)識(shí)論功能及意義

【摘要】:隱喻研究是當(dāng)代諸多哲學(xué)家關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一,隨著越來(lái)越多的學(xué)者們的介入,人們開(kāi)始嘗試著從各個(gè)不同的角度對(duì)隱喻問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析和論述。最早對(duì)隱喻問(wèn)題的研究可以追溯到古希臘羅馬時(shí)期,那時(shí)隱喻問(wèn)題就已經(jīng)開(kāi)始為人們所關(guān)注了,西方哲學(xué)史上具有里程碑式的人物亞里士多德是哲學(xué)發(fā)展史上第一個(gè)對(duì)隱喻進(jìn)行專(zhuān)門(mén)研究并嘗試解釋其內(nèi)涵與本質(zhì)的學(xué)者,為人們今后研究隱喻問(wèn)題提供了一個(gè)基礎(chǔ)和方向,他從修辭學(xué)角度對(duì)該問(wèn)題的研究甚至影響了西方2000多年對(duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題的看法。之后西方思想界開(kāi)始從不同角度對(duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究,而且可以說(shuō)是五花八門(mén),而隱喻的科學(xué)性問(wèn)題日益被人們提到議事日程上來(lái),怎么樣才能更好地說(shuō)清楚隱喻的科學(xué)性就成為人們不得不正視的問(wèn)題。 隱喻的科學(xué)性問(wèn)題是人們不斷深入研究的結(jié)果,同時(shí)對(duì)人們思想理論的研究有著重要的意義,從產(chǎn)生之初就被人們賦予了極其重要的地位,例如亞里士多德就將它視為是修辭學(xué)領(lǐng)域中的重大發(fā)現(xiàn),給它賦予了深刻的理解,對(duì)后世的影響也是極為深遠(yuǎn)的。隨著人類(lèi)社會(huì)科學(xué)的不斷發(fā)展,人們發(fā)現(xiàn)我們離經(jīng)驗(yàn)觀察越來(lái)越遠(yuǎn),在我們發(fā)現(xiàn)的宏觀領(lǐng)域科學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn)和微觀領(lǐng)域科學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn)中,我們都不能夠用邏輯推理的理性方法和直接觀測(cè)的方法來(lái)得出科學(xué)結(jié)論,這既是知識(shí)的局限也是技術(shù)的局限,因此我們就不得不依靠其他諸如修辭學(xué)等手段來(lái)進(jìn)行多種方法的研究,于是科學(xué)隱喻的簡(jiǎn)潔性、審美性和創(chuàng)造性就既成為了激勵(lì)科學(xué)不斷前進(jìn)和發(fā)展的動(dòng)力,同時(shí)也成為人們用以輔助發(fā)現(xiàn)的新工具,還成為了人們進(jìn)行科學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn)判斷的重要依據(jù)。 國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)隱喻問(wèn)題的研究主要是在20世紀(jì)80年代以后,隨著國(guó)外認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)研究的浪潮不斷開(kāi)始涌入我們國(guó)家,主要由中國(guó)社科院語(yǔ)言研究所承辦的雜志《國(guó)外語(yǔ)言學(xué)》在介紹眾多國(guó)外新興語(yǔ)言學(xué)理論方面扮演著主要的角色。我們國(guó)內(nèi)的語(yǔ)言學(xué)研究者在對(duì)當(dāng)代西方隱喻理論進(jìn)行引入的同時(shí),結(jié)合漢語(yǔ)的特點(diǎn)對(duì)它進(jìn)行了深刻的研究,使得二者能夠進(jìn)行互證、互補(bǔ),為隱喻理論的發(fā)展作出應(yīng)有的研究和貢獻(xiàn)。本文嘗試著從認(rèn)識(shí)論視域出發(fā),對(duì)科學(xué)隱喻的相關(guān)認(rèn)識(shí)論知識(shí)進(jìn)行研究,使人們研究科學(xué)隱喻的視角和方法得到了極大的擴(kuò)展,為人們提供了新的研究視域。
[Abstract]:The study of metaphor is one of the most important issues that many philosophers pay attention to. With the intervention of more and more scholars, People begin to try to analyze and discuss metaphor from different angles. The earliest study of metaphor can be traced back to the ancient Greek and Roman period, when the question of metaphor began to be concerned by people. Aristotle, a landmark figure in the history of western philosophy, is the first scholar in the history of philosophy to study metaphor and try to explain its connotation and essence, which provides a foundation and direction for people to study metaphor in the future. His study of the problem from a rhetorical point of view even influenced the views of the West on this issue for more than 2000 years.After that, Western ideological circles began to study the issue from different angles, and it can be said that there are a variety of ways. However, the scientific nature of metaphor has increasingly been put on the agenda, how to better explain the scientific nature of metaphor has become a problem that people have to face up to. The scientific problem of metaphor is the result of people's continuous in-depth research, and it has important significance to the study of people's thought theory, and has been given an extremely important position by people from the beginning of its emergence. Aristotle, for example, regarded it as a major discovery in the field of rhetoric, gave it a profound understanding, and had a profound impact on later generations. People find that we are farther and farther away from empirical observation. In the scientific discoveries we find in the macro and micro fields, we cannot draw scientific conclusions by rational methods of logical reasoning and direct observation. This is both the limitation of knowledge and the limitation of technology, so we have to rely on other means, such as rhetoric, to study various methods, so the simplicity of scientific metaphor. Aesthetics and creativity have not only become the motive force to stimulate the development of science, but also become a new tool for people to assist discovery, and become an important basis for people to judge scientific discovery. Since 1980s, the study of metaphor in China has started to pour into our country with the tide of foreign cognitive linguistics research. Foreign Linguistics, a magazine mainly sponsored by the Institute of language Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, plays a major role in introducing many foreign emerging linguistic theories. At the same time as it was introduced, Combined with the characteristics of Chinese, this paper makes a profound study on it, which enables them to prove each other and complement each other, and make due research and contribution to the development of metaphor theory. This paper attempts to proceed from the perspective of epistemology. The research on the epistemological knowledge of scientific metaphor has greatly expanded the perspective and method of scientific metaphor and provided a new research horizon for people.
