【摘要】：跨文化敏感度對(duì)于提高學(xué)生的跨文化交際能力起著非常重要的作用。本研究以大連理工大學(xué)的學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,力求探索文化敏感度與語用能力的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,并依據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果提出提高跨文化敏感度的更好的方法。本研究分為兩部分。第一部分為定量研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)工具分為陳國明和Starosta編制的跨文化敏感度測(cè)量問卷和姜占好的語用能力測(cè)量問卷。2個(gè)問卷共收回有效問卷200份。問卷所得數(shù)據(jù)均輸入SPSS 17.0,并進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析及多元回歸分析。第二部分為定性研究。經(jīng)過問卷分析后,10名跨文化敏感度和語用能力均屬高水平的實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象和10名低水平的實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象參與了定性訪談分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,跨文化敏感度與語用能力呈正相關(guān)�？缥幕舾袃�(nèi)部的五個(gè)因素也分別與語用能力呈正相關(guān)。經(jīng)過多元回歸分析,跨文化敏感中的互動(dòng)參與度,互動(dòng)愉悅感和互動(dòng)信心的回歸系數(shù)均為正,即對(duì)因變量語用能力有顯著正向影響。在定性訪談部分涉及了20名調(diào)查對(duì)象對(duì)于語用能力和語言學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度和觀點(diǎn)。最后,經(jīng)過定性分析和定量分析,本研究為跨文化敏感度與語用能力的相關(guān)性研究提供了數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù),并為提高學(xué)生的跨文化敏感度提出了以下教學(xué)啟示：創(chuàng)造實(shí)際交流類的教學(xué)方法；組織跨文化交流實(shí)踐；發(fā)展衡量學(xué)生跨文化敏感度的考核方式。
