【摘要】：《圣經(jīng)》作為基督教的經(jīng)典,在世界文學(xué)史上占有重要的地位。同時,《圣經(jīng)》也是歷史上擁有最多譯本的作品,古今中外很多翻譯家和學(xué)者都為圣經(jīng)翻譯理論的探索付出過孜孜不倦的努力。圣經(jīng)包括舊約和新約兩大部分。舊約原是猶太教的經(jīng)典,原文為希伯來文,共有三十九卷。新約原為希臘文,包括福音書、使徒行傳、使徒書信和啟示錄四個部分,共有二十七卷,是耶穌的門徒等著述的匯編。 本文以翻譯適應(yīng)選擇論為理論基礎(chǔ),以嚴(yán)復(fù)翻譯的《馬可福音》片斷為研究對象。翻譯適應(yīng)選擇論認(rèn)為翻譯活動是譯者適應(yīng)翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境,并不斷做出適應(yīng)性選擇的過程。翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境包含了原語,目的語,語言,文化,交際等方面的翻譯,以及原文作者,委托人和讀者等諸多因素。這就要求譯者在進(jìn)行翻譯活動時要不斷地從語言,文化,交際等多個維度做出適應(yīng)性選擇轉(zhuǎn)換,從而得出較高質(zhì)量的譯文。文章簡要介紹了《圣經(jīng)》、《馬可福音》以及文章中的理論基礎(chǔ)—翻譯適應(yīng)選擇論,根據(jù)胡庚申教授提出的該理論分析嚴(yán)復(fù)的譯文。本文從宏觀和微觀兩方面對嚴(yán)復(fù)的譯文進(jìn)行分析,微觀方面的個案分析部分又從該理論中譯者對于語言維、文化維以及交際維的適應(yīng)性選擇轉(zhuǎn)換來解釋嚴(yán)復(fù)的譯文。 運(yùn)用翻譯適應(yīng)選擇論解釋圣經(jīng)漢譯是一次新穎的嘗試,文章解釋了翻譯適應(yīng)選擇論適用于圣經(jīng)漢譯方法的同時證明了此理論適用于《圣經(jīng)》的文言文漢譯。希望圣經(jīng)翻譯理論研究者們能夠?qū)τ谶@種以譯者為中心的理論觀點(diǎn)予以關(guān)注,進(jìn)而能為圣經(jīng)漢譯理論注入一絲新的活力。
