【摘要】:藝術(shù)以其美的形式和獨特的魅力,伴隨著人類歷史的發(fā)展,滿足人們的精神文化需求,豐富并美化人們的生活,成為人類文明和文化傳承的重要載體。藝術(shù)教育作為我國國民基礎(chǔ)教育不可或缺的內(nèi)容,它對于全面提升國民藝術(shù)素養(yǎng),并最終提高國民素質(zhì)具有不可低估的基礎(chǔ)性作用。當前,全面推進藝術(shù)教育已成為我國深化教育改革的重要方向之一,黨和國家甚至將它提高到增強國家綜合國力和競爭力,實現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復(fù)興的戰(zhàn)略高度。 一個不爭的事實是,通過加強藝術(shù)教育能夠有效地促進應(yīng)試教育向素質(zhì)教育轉(zhuǎn)軌的進程,能夠有效地促進人的全面和諧發(fā)展。但目前我國的藝術(shù)教育卻不容樂觀,在整個基礎(chǔ)教育中是最薄弱的環(huán)節(jié)之一。就學(xué)校藝術(shù)教育來說,整體教學(xué)水平不高、辦學(xué)條件不能滿足教育教學(xué)的需要、藝術(shù)教師素質(zhì)偏低、總體數(shù)量不足、地區(qū)分布不均衡等等,這些現(xiàn)象在不同地區(qū)都不同程度地存在著。更加值得關(guān)注的是,在當前藝術(shù)教育實施過程中,作為實施素質(zhì)教育重要手段的藝術(shù)教育卻與素質(zhì)教育的初衷相背離。藝術(shù)教育為應(yīng)試教育服務(wù),為少數(shù)學(xué)生服務(wù),為經(jīng)濟利益服務(wù)的現(xiàn)象比比皆是,極大地影響了學(xué)校藝術(shù)教育的健康發(fā)展。究其原因,一方面是對相關(guān)理論問題認識不清,不能充分認識藝術(shù)教育的功能及其在素質(zhì)教育中的地位,在觀念上有導(dǎo)入誤區(qū)的現(xiàn)象。另一方面,由于認識不足,在藝術(shù)教育實施過程中又存在技能技術(shù)與藝術(shù)審美背離、科學(xué)和人文藝術(shù)分道揚鑣、理論研究與教育實踐失衡等問題,使藝術(shù)教育流于簡單化、表面化、形式化。 本文在對新時期藝術(shù)教育的現(xiàn)狀進行回顧與反思的基礎(chǔ)上,從當前藝術(shù)教育存在的問題入手,結(jié)合當代社會經(jīng)濟、教育發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實和未來走向,以及人的全面發(fā)展的新要求,就當前素質(zhì)教育的模式下如何更好地開展藝術(shù)教育進行分析和探討,以期對未來的藝術(shù)教育能健康發(fā)展有所裨益。 在現(xiàn)代化文明帶來更多繁榮和進步的同時,我們也面臨著許多新的挑戰(zhàn)和考驗。我們只有通過藝術(shù)教育的途徑,進一步發(fā)揚人文精神,培
[Abstract]:Art with its beautiful form and unique charm, with the development of human history, meet the spiritual and cultural needs of people, enrich and beautify people's lives. Art education, as an indispensable part of national basic education, has become an important carrier of human civilization and cultural heritage. And ultimately improve the quality of the national basic role can not be underestimated. At present, the overall promotion of art education has become one of the important directions of deepening education reform in China. The Party and the country even raised it to the strategic height of enhancing the comprehensive national strength and competitiveness of the country and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It is an indisputable fact that through strengthening art education, we can effectively promote the process of transition from exam-oriented education to quality-oriented education. Can effectively promote the overall and harmonious development of people. But at present, the art education in our country is not optimistic, in the whole basic education is one of the weakest links. In terms of school art education, the overall teaching level is not high. School conditions can not meet the needs of education and teaching, the quality of art teachers is on the low side, the overall number is insufficient, the regional distribution is not balanced and so on. These phenomena exist in different areas to varying degrees. In the process of implementing art education, art education, as an important means of implementing quality education, deviates from the original intention of quality education. Art education serves for examination-oriented education and for a few students. The phenomenon of serving economic interests is everywhere, which has greatly affected the healthy development of school art education. On the one hand, the reason is that there is no clear understanding of relevant theoretical issues. Can not fully understand the function of art education and its position in quality education, there is a misunderstanding in the concept. On the other hand, due to lack of understanding. In the process of implementation of art education, there are some problems such as deviation between skill technology and art appreciation, separation of science and humanities art, imbalance between theory research and education practice, etc., which make art education flow to simplification and surface. Formalization. On the basis of reviewing and reflecting on the present situation of art education in the new period, this paper starts with the problems existing in the art education at present, and combines the present social economy, the reality and the future trend of education development. As well as the new requirements of all-round development of human beings, this paper analyzes and probes into how to carry out art education better under the current mode of quality education in order to benefit the healthy development of art education in the future. While modernizing civilization brings more prosperity and progress, we are also faced with many new challenges and tests. We can only carry forward the humanistic spirit and cultivate the humanistic spirit through the way of art education
