海明威的小說相繼問世以來,已經(jīng)有諸多評論家做了多角度的研究和評論,但是從敘事視點方面對其小說進行解讀仍然是一個值得探索的領域。論文主要以法國敘事學家熱奈特《敘事話語》的理論為藍本,借鑒國內(nèi)外敘事學研究的方法技巧,從敘事視點角度切入,將文本細讀和理論探索相結(jié)合,分析海明威小說運用敘事視點的特點和審美功能。海明威小說具有明顯的視角探索傾向,大部分采用了第三人稱純客觀敘事視點,這是構成其小說“冰山風格”的重要因素。而在運用第一人稱有限敘事視點時,視角的限定性帶來更多的審美享受。同時,海明威小說也運用敘事視點轉(zhuǎn)移和多重敘事視點,各個視點的主觀性很強,合起來卻有宏觀的客觀,也從另一個維度促成其小說的“冰山風格”。特別值得一提是海明威小說中的兒童敘事視點,跟成人視點形成比照,強化了小說的藝術張力。
