基于文本探析《喜福會(huì)》中的文化沖突

本論文在H.P. Grice的合作原則以及Brown and Levinson的禮貌原則的框架下,從語(yǔ)用學(xué)的角度,采用語(yǔ)料庫(kù)檢索的方法,調(diào)查美籍華人作家譚恩美（Amy Tan）的小說《喜福會(huì)》文本中的語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象（如交際行為方式,靜默的使用,詞的使用）,旨在探析語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象背后折射的文化沖突。語(yǔ)言可以說是研究文化最本質(zhì)的要素。小說中的文化沖突主要體現(xiàn)于代別語(yǔ)篇和性別語(yǔ)篇中。本論文一共分為六章,第一章提供本研究的概要介紹,并探討用語(yǔ)料庫(kù)研究文學(xué)文本的可行性和實(shí)用性。首先下載檢索軟件Concapp,然后建立小說《喜福會(huì)》的文本語(yǔ)料庫(kù),由于小說是由四對(duì)母女講述十六個(gè)單獨(dú)的小故事,根據(jù)內(nèi)容進(jìn)一步將母女兩代的敘述分成兩個(gè)文本進(jìn)行橫向比較。第二章主要是介紹作者的生平和回顧從文化和文體學(xué)角度有關(guān)《喜福會(huì)》的評(píng)論。第三章從語(yǔ)用學(xué)的角度為本研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)。主要闡述H.P. Grice的合作原則以及Brown and Levinson的禮貌原則,語(yǔ)言的直接性和間接性。人們離不開面子,交際也離不開面子;而面子又由“參與”和“獨(dú)立”這一對(duì)積極面子和消極面子組成。在交際時(shí),雙方都面臨一種雙重危險(xiǎn),即雙方同時(shí)面臨積極面...
