中國(guó)古典詩(shī)歌翻譯對(duì)美國(guó)現(xiàn)代詩(shī)歌的影響

本論文從以色列學(xué)者伊恩·佐哈提出的多元系統(tǒng)翻譯理論的視角,研究了中國(guó)古典詩(shī)歌對(duì)美國(guó)現(xiàn)代詩(shī)歌的影響。 論文的第一章對(duì)多元系統(tǒng)理論進(jìn)行了介紹。多元系統(tǒng)理論是翻譯理論中第一種對(duì)翻譯現(xiàn)象從宏觀角度進(jìn)行研究的理論。該理論突破了傳統(tǒng)翻譯理論把翻譯視為源語(yǔ)文本在目標(biāo)語(yǔ)中的對(duì)應(yīng)物的局限,把翻譯現(xiàn)象置于社會(huì)文化的大背景之下,視之為在整個(gè)社會(huì)一文化這一大的多元系統(tǒng)內(nèi),及在文學(xué)多元系統(tǒng)內(nèi)各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)為獲得統(tǒng)治地位而互相競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的產(chǎn)物。多元系統(tǒng)的主要理論來(lái)源是俄國(guó)的形式主義,特別是梯尼亞諾夫(Yury Tynjanov)有關(guān)系統(tǒng)的理論,伊恩·佐哈對(duì)梯尼亞諾夫的核心概念“系統(tǒng)”(system)和“關(guān)系”(Relational)做了進(jìn)一步的發(fā)揮,使之成為多元系統(tǒng)理論中的支柱。他提出了在文學(xué)多元系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的三對(duì)矛盾,并指出翻譯現(xiàn)象及翻譯文學(xué)在不同的文化系統(tǒng)內(nèi)會(huì)起到不同的作用。盡管多數(shù)情況下翻譯文學(xué)處于邊緣位置,但并非總是如此。伊恩·佐哈總結(jié)了翻譯文學(xué)成為文學(xué)的主流樣式并促進(jìn)新的文學(xué)樣式的發(fā)展的三種情況。接著他從兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)一步介紹了多元系統(tǒng)理論:一、目標(biāo)文學(xué)多元系統(tǒng)對(duì)被翻譯的文本是如何進(jìn)行選擇的;二、被翻譯的文本與目標(biāo)文...
