從圖式理論看《時(shí)震》中譯本的后現(xiàn)代審美再現(xiàn)

《時(shí)震》是美國(guó)當(dāng)代著名作家?guī)鞝柼亍ゑT內(nèi)古特(1922—2007)在七十五歲高齡時(shí)發(fā)表的封筆之作。庫(kù)爾特·馮內(nèi)古特是起自上個(gè)世紀(jì)六十年代的后現(xiàn)代主義小說(shuō)流派的主要代表之一,他的許多作品廣受歡迎,影響深遠(yuǎn)。《時(shí)震》是作者為后現(xiàn)代文學(xué)世界獻(xiàn)出的最后一部力作,具有后現(xiàn)代小說(shuō)的典型特點(diǎn)。一經(jīng)翻譯出版,便受到了廣大讀者和研究者的青睞,這種影響自然離不開(kāi)它的優(yōu)秀譯本。后現(xiàn)代主義文學(xué)作品獨(dú)特的審美特征決定了其翻譯的特殊性,而這項(xiàng)特殊的翻譯工作的關(guān)鍵即在于如何使原作的后現(xiàn)代審美特征在譯作中得到完美的再現(xiàn)。圖式是認(rèn)知心理學(xué)的術(shù)語(yǔ),最早作為一種哲學(xué)的思維模式由康德(1724—1804)提出。語(yǔ)言學(xué)家和教育家已經(jīng)將圖式理論廣泛的運(yùn)用到閱讀研究中去,其在翻譯研究中的運(yùn)用也有增加的趨勢(shì)。本文采用描寫(xiě)翻譯學(xué)的方法,嘗試以圖式理論為指導(dǎo),以《時(shí)震》的中譯本為研究對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)探討在翻譯過(guò)程中如何實(shí)現(xiàn)譯作與原作的審美契合,從而再現(xiàn)原作的后現(xiàn)代審美特征。研究結(jié)果表明:1)在翻譯過(guò)程中,譯者運(yùn)用自己的圖式知識(shí),以確保對(duì)原文本的正確理解以及與之相匹配的信息表達(dá),以達(dá)到譯作與原作的后現(xiàn)代審美契合;2)由于目的語(yǔ)與源語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)言文化差異...
