[Abstract]:Fujisawa Zhou Ping is a famous Japanese martial arts novelist, life bumpy, late blooming. Most of his works are short and medium-length novels, and a large number of them. In the 1980 s and 1990 s, Fujisawa Zhou Ping's novels were adapted into TV plays many times. In the new century, Fujisawa Zhou Ping's novels were brought on the big screen many times. Since Yamada's Twilight Qing Gui (2002), eight times plays in Japan have been adapted from Fujisawa Zhou Ping's novels. Among them, there is no lack of fine works. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is a brief introduction to the development of time drama and time drama in Japanese movies, and the relationship between Japanese martial arts novels and times drama, which lays the foundation for the following novels, movies and cultural analysis. The second chapter is to sort out the artistic characteristics of Fujisawa Zhou Ping's works and their "film nature". As the basis of adaptation, it is necessary for directors to make clear their artistic characteristics and their advantages and disadvantages in the process of image making. The third chapter is the focus of this paper, taking the time trilogy of Yangzi Yamada as an example, a case study on the adaptation of Fujisawa Zhou Ping's novel into a film is made. I chose Yangzi Yamada's works as an example. One reason is that among the many directors of Fujisawa Zhou Ping's novels, Yamada has the largest number of directors and has formed a "trilogy"; the other is because in all the films of the adaptation of Fujisawa Zhou Ping's novels, Yamada's works have achieved the highest level of achievement. Therefore, taking Yamada's trilogy of times as an example, it is both systematic and representative. This part mainly discusses the film from four angles, namely: story adaptation, character shaping, audiovisual language, theme thought. The fourth chapter focuses on cultural analysis. Any kind of social phenomenon or social upsurge contains profound cultural connotation and reflects the overall living and psychological state of people in the society. It is no accident that Fujisawa Zhou Ping's novel is concerned by the director and loved by the audience. In addition to the charm of the film itself, traditional culture and social psychology also play an important role. This thesis regards the novel as the starting point, takes the movie as the analysis angle, and finally connects the two with the social culture. Based on Fujisawa Zhou Ping's novels and the films adapted from his novels, this paper explores the tradition, changes and important carrier of Japanese traditional culture.
