【摘要】：莎士比亞戲劇是人類藝術(shù)瑰寶。其中的《哈姆雷特》是莎士比亞的經(jīng)典之作,吸引了大量學(xué)者及翻譯者的關(guān)注與研究。從國內(nèi)外《哈姆雷特》隱喻翻譯研究現(xiàn)狀看,以認(rèn)知和隱喻為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合概念隱喻的方式去探究其隱喻的翻譯并不多見。隱喻在《哈姆雷特》中數(shù)量眾多,而在各種修辭手法中,隱喻作為鑒賞劇作藝術(shù)價(jià)值不可或缺的一部分,成為研究莎劇的重要課題。本論文以Lakoff和Johnson的概念隱喻理論為理論依據(jù),對《哈姆雷特》中的兩大主題,即“悲”主題和“仇”主題中的概念隱喻進(jìn)行了認(rèn)知解讀,然后以朱生豪與梁實(shí)秋的漢譯本為研究材料,通過兩種譯本中隱喻翻譯的比較,對《哈姆雷特》中隱喻的翻譯進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)知分析,探索《哈姆雷特》翻譯和鑒賞的新思路。論文共分為三部分。第一部分為引言,陳述了論文的研究背景、相關(guān)的問題、研究目的及其意義。第二部分為正文。分為五個章節(jié)。第一章為理論背景,重點(diǎn)介紹了Lakoff和Johnson的概念隱喻理論中的基本概念,概述了論文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。第二章至第五章是論文的主體部分,分別對《哈姆雷特》中的兩個主要主題中的各類隱喻及其翻譯策略進(jìn)行了深入研究。最后一部分為結(jié)論,主要概括了論文的研究成果。總體上說,兩個譯本都比較系統(tǒng)地表現(xiàn)了原作的思想意義,在隱喻的翻譯上各有千秋,它們均對譯文讀者及隱喻翻譯產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響,但原文中某些重要主題的刻畫可能在翻譯過程中因隱喻內(nèi)涵的減少而被淡化忽略。所以原文隱喻翻譯的質(zhì)量直接在某種程度上影響讀者對譯文的解讀。本論文關(guān)于隱喻翻譯的研究也為英漢文學(xué)翻譯中的直譯與意譯、同化與歸化等傳統(tǒng)翻譯方法提供了認(rèn)知新視角。
